overall other staff emloyees interacted with us courteouly and kind.
Cons:

check in was friendly; checkout by another staff was not friendly. Spouse needed to use restroom, worker knew he needed a key; let him walk to the area and when came back he had to ask for a key to enter. Had to ask for the receipt.

The convenience of the location to Harold Patterson Sports Complex

The $100 deposit was not disclosed. I had to pay for public WiFi. The breakfast was absolutely gross. The person checked in next door had their TV blasting all night and through the morning. I asked for a late check out because I wanted a nap in between games because I didn’t sleep, but the housekeeping started pounding on our door at 9 am. And when we returned after the first game they knocked twice to ask if we were leaving so we just left. I asked about the late check out and they said it was ANOTHER fee that was more than half the cost of the night! I won’t stay there again.
