Las instalaciones y el desayuno
El restaurante junto a la piscina, la cocina muy regular y la atención room service por parte de la empleada deja mucho q desear

Que no le subieran el volumen al partido del mundial Colombia -Portugal
El Hotel El Prado es un hermoso lugar clásico del siglo pasado y se nota que intentan mantener su esplendor
Sin embargo, nuestra estancia tuvo algunos inconvenientes logísticos. Inicialmente nos asignaron una habitación en un ala que estaba en remodelación; el polvillo de los trabajos en los muros nos causó alergias y un malestar menor en la garganta. Bajo nuestra solicitud nos trasladaron de ubicación… Lamentablemente, en esta nueva zona el ascensor no funcionaba, lo que representó una gran dificultad para los adultos mayores de nuestro grupo que tienen movilidad disminuida.

Ubicación y servicio del personal
La ducha es estrecha y el servicio en el area de piscina debe iniciar mas temprano. El aire acondicionado se prendía y apagaba todo el tiempo lo cual es incómodo para dormir

The ground are beautiful, the pool area is gorgeous and the pool is huge. Three or four places to eat and drinks. Loads of staff and really friendly. Great service.

However, you can tell it is not well-managed. Some places smell bad, bathrooms are super small, and painting in general is not well-maintained.

Es un bello espacio arquitectónico que contiene buena parte de la historia local. Se respira la nostalgia por épocas de glan esplendor.
Algunos miembros del personal siguen atendiendo a los huéspedes de manera muy profesionales y son muy atentos
El edificio antiguo de 3 o 4:;pisos solo tiene un ascensor clásico y hermoso que permanece dañado. A pesar de esto y de contar con habitaciones en el edificio moderno, en la recepción le asignan a los huéspedes sin advertirle habitaciones último piso del ala antigua y luego simulan que el daño del ascensor acab de pasar y que pronto lo resolverán, sin ser cierto.
Lamentablemente se percibe una carencia generalizada de vocación de servicio, lo cual en concepto es un deterioro peor que el arquitectonico

El servicio al cliente es MUY lento cualquier cosa que pidas se demora muchísimo ( el hotel estaba vacío)
En recepción una atención muy grosera y la mayoría de meseros también , ojalá puedan de verdad solucionar y trabajar en ese tema
