Desayuno muy variado, el jacuzzi estaba muy bien aunque no existía opción de sales supongo q no entra en la categoría .

Me falto tiempo para disfrutar mas del espacio, pretendo regresar espero la siguiente sin tanta premura. Solicite si podía tener opciones de sandalo en aromas .( Caso omiso) ...sin respuesta.

L'edifici es espectacular

Cons:

No hi ha opció per un sopar que estigui bé amb menjador d'aire acondicionat. Amb el calor que fa, hauria d'haver una sala climatitzada.
Les habitacions no son gents còmodes tret del llit. El bany es petit, on hi ha l'escriptori no hi ha endolls. Sincerament haurien de fer una reforma a les habitacions.

Nada fatal mala experiencia jamas volvere alli a ese hotel que experiencia tan degradable desde la reception todo malo me arrepiento de no haberme alojado en el hotel Dann carton mil veces mejor hotel

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy mala. Desde el principio, la atención en recepción fue pésima. La primera habitación que nos asignaron no tenía aire acondicionado ni teléfono. Al solicitar un cambio, nos dieron otra habitación donde el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba.

Además, la habitación se veía vieja y en malas condiciones; no nos ofrecieron una habitación en la torre nueva. La actitud de uno de los empleados fue muy maleducada y sentimos un trato discriminatorio hacia nosotros por estar acompañados de una amiga colombiana. Este tipo de comportamiento es inaceptable y debería ser tomado en serio por la administración.

Esperábamos una solución rápida, respeto y un servicio de calidad, pero lamentablemente no recibimos nada de eso. No lo recompense
