Excelente estancia. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y de las instalaciones.
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel, en mi opinión, son las instalaciones mismas. Es un hotel clásico y muy bonito. La piscina estuvo excelente. Grande y al lado del bar. La pizzería ofrece muy buen servicio.

Cons:

El cuarto, aunque agradable, está un poco húmedo. El trato de los meseros en el bar fue regular, aunque les faltó mejorar un poco más en el trato con el cliente.

Pros:

Arquitectura, ubicación, piscina, historia, lobby.

Cons:

Atención en el check in, atención de la empleada en el desayuno el día que quedaron sin luz, fue muy poco amable y ruda con los huéspedes. El sitio del desayuno es oscuro, incómodo, congestionado y mal gestionado, era mejor el de antes.

Historic hotel with class, great breakfast and pool, but it’s pricey.
Pros:

Great location, great staff of friendly faces always helpful. Breakfast and pool are excellent!

Cons:

Rooms are outdated. Could use a remodel on the bathrooms. Also it’s pricey, and not much is within walking distance so you’ll need a taxi or car.

Viaje Sola para relajarme
Pros:

1. Amplio , Cómodo , propio restaurante y bar . Habitacion espaciosa y muy cómoda ; excelente buffet

Cons:

1.El parqueadero está bastante lejos de las torres de hospedaje y recepción; un poquito más de empatía con el huésped , en el parqueadero no me dieron ticket al llegar y cuando hice check out tuve que devolverme nuevamente a recepción por otro paz y salvo cuando ya me habían dado uno y vigilancia se había quedado con ese.
2. Como estuve sola sentí que se demoraban como más en el atenderme en el restaurante y bar sin embargo en mi última noche bajé algo tarde 20 minutos antes del cierre y fueron amables y tomaron mi pedido .

La piscina.

Cons:

En pleno mundial no colocaran sonido a los partidos de Colombia de fútbol señalando que la FIFA los iba a sancionar, a lo que dijimos que como todo un hotel 5 estrellas no había previsto esto con anterioridad.
También las rejillas de ventilación en la habitación se ve que no las limpian hace mucho, tiene mucho polvo acumulado.

For Colombia it’s a pricey hotel with incidentals like eating and drinking in the restaurants, adding up fast
Pros:

It’s extremely well staffed and the staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are spotless. The pool with the palm tree surrounding it is fantastic. The buffet breakfast is excellent as everything you could ask for. Aesthetically it’s a beautiful Grand Hotel. It is huge. I walked around. You could spend an hour just walking. There’s probably 70% of the hotel. That’s not even used floor after the floor of a vacant rooms.

Cons:

The bathtub in the room was acrylic and had a bounce to the bottom floor. It was extremely slippery. The shower water was extremely difficult to get to the right temperature without getting scolded. The window in the room needed to be fixed. Nothing terrible just annoying.

Si vas a Barranquilla, ve al hotel “El Prado”, no lo dudes.
Pros:

Todo estaba estupendo. El buffet del desayuno es de 10, o más. La cama muy cómoda. La piscina genial.

Cons:

Precio y variedad en la carta del almuerzo. Vinos muy caros y sin copas de cristal. Necesita actividades extra, como excursiones programadas y alguna fiesta en el hotel para bailar.
