Pros:

Loved the location, great bars and restaurants nearby and easy trip on seabus into downtown vancouver or 10min bus ride up to capilano.

Cons:

No breakfast facilities. Noisy aircon. Prices were elevated for Fifa26 and this meant that the hotel (even with the amazing location) was not worth half of what we paid. Paying for parking over and above hotel rates.

Really enjoyed staying in this area, and glad we chose to stay here after also considering Downtown

Great location (great view in our room), great vibe, easy public transport access to local attractions (5 mins to Seabus and local buses), safe feeling, Staff friendly and willing to help. It was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink and food, as well as a stroll around after a day of sightseeing.

Cons:

Tried the breakfast once but didn't go back. Coffee not nice.
Mainstay bar offered 20% discount to hotel guests, but this wasn't promoted by reception staff. Guests would find this attractive (as we did). Similar discounts to local eating/drinking places would be attractive, as the hotel doesn't have its own facility for this

Great Location. Reasonably comfortable. Close to restaurants and the sea bus.

Cons:

Everything is a little tired but I believe they will soon be renovating. Parking was $30 a night. Pretty pricey!
