Great Stay
Pros:

Beach front Inn and Suites is a great place to stay. This stay can be summed up so easily, Very friend staff, clean comfortable suites, wide beach view, good breakfast and good location. A right turn out of the parking area and within five minutes or less you are in the main part of Dana Point.

The receptionist was so helpful and made it so much easier for me and also helped with an anniversary setup. Recommend this place and a raise to that gentleman that helped!!

Pros:

The gentleman at the counter that created us was so friendly and welcoming. The beach was gorgeous. Everybody was so nice that worked there. Our air conditioner didn’t work so that was really rough. We didn’t want to say anything because the water also stopped working. The people at the front counter were so nice and helpful, but I didn’t want to bug them because everybody was calling them. I guess a waterline had broken. The people that work for you in the front office should be given a raise. They were so kind and helpful during a very stressful time.

Very relaxing!
Pros:

The atmosphere was amazing,it was very last minute and was VERY worth it breakfast was awesome and beach front couldn’t get any better definitely will be back!!

Location right across from Capistrano Beach

Cons:

We did arrive 25 min before check in front desk lady said 15 minutes it would be ready well we didn’t get our keys till 3:20 pm. The pull out sofa bed was HORRIBLE you could literally feel the springs. The tv would only connect to regular tv nothing with internet so no Netflix ect. The $850 for 2 nights not worth it especially with that bed. It was so uncomfortable my son had to put sofa cushions on floor and sleep on those.

Perfect Value for perfect vacation.

Beach front view.With an amazing Atmosphere the fresh sea salt smell.The Rooms are a good size.Perfect The Value was perfect for the room size.The food was decent.The rooms were spotless not one stain and very clean.

Ocean view relaxing experience
Pros:

Great location and easy access to beach. Property fits the feel of being in southern California.
Ocean view and beach front room was great. Great deck off the room to sit, relax and watch the waves roll in.
For its location and proximity to the ocean rates are very competitive. You can easily spend much more either way you walk up or down the street.
Room is clean and I felt very comfortable with overall room condition.
With the exception of the ocean waves its a very quiet property, ( and can oceon waves really be to loud).
Check in process was perfect and extremely friendly. Advice on where to eat and general area was offered without even asking.
Big hot tub was great to just relax and enjoy.

Staycation
Pros:

Although we only stayed there for one night, it was a very pleasant one. Front desk was extremely helpful and the rooms were clean. Restaurants were close and traffic wasn't bad. Only thing is beach access was minimal, but not too bad. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

Best vacation ever!!
Pros:

Hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff was incredibly nice, the room was perfect and so cheap! We had an amazing view of the ocean and the best time. Parking was so easy, and made our family vacation absolutely perfect!!
