Important information:

Effective October 1st, Petit Ermitage requires all people to provide:
1) proof of vaccination upon arrival or 2) a negative COVID test (must be taken within 72 hours prior to arrival). We will accept the following forms of proof of vaccination: physical vaccination card or government approved app or QRC code. We will accept negative PCR and antigen/rapid COVID tests.
Please note that we cannot allow property access without proper documentation.

Please note: Children under the age of 18 can swim in the pool accompanied by an adult from 07:00 to 12:00 only.

Quirky hotel well worth a stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a quiet and safe residential area the location is spot on. Hotel is quirky and staff friendly ( shout out to the tall English man on front desk who kindly phoned us a taxi to airport ) 100 % service many thanks for a great happy stay .highly recommend .

Magical
Pros:

A magical place indeed, the views from the rooftop are breathtaking, the ambiance and feel is relaxed and luxurious, always a beautiful experience here. Dinner was incredible and the restaurant is one the top in LA in my opinion.

Best birthday ever!
Pros:

This property is like no other in LA. It’s a French boutique hotel and transports you into the sexy vibe that the rooms and rooftop bring. The staff is amazing and the most accommodating I have ever experienced in LA. They go above and beyond to make you feel like your home.

Mediocre breakfast great rooms had to chase staff to get a bill run

I like that they have a bar and a pool

Cons:

They charge $150 if you ask for courtesy key checkout in a sunday when there is NO PPL and it's another way to milk $ from people. Huge turn off to stay there again. I checked in 11pm and asked til 12! Left a bad impression. Staff was not super warm but more like our policy too damn bad you checked in 11pm.

Cons:

We got charged for the room a second time on the property and no one is answering the phone or replying by email/message. The staff seem like they are on another planet and it’s not entertaining to me. I went to art school, this feels like they are trying too hard to be acting otherworldly.

Really cool boutique hotel in the heart of WeHo. Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The rooftop patio and pool were lovely areas to enjoy breakfast, lunch, drinks, etc. -- and the food was delicious! Really enjoyed the cool vibe of the hotel (decor, guests, etc.) and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The poolside staff service could have been better. Wait staff could have checked in more frequently to capture food and drink orders.

Great location, great terrace for dining and drinks. The rooms and reception staff were a little underwhelming.
Pros:

The roof terrace and food were both excellent, the waiting staff upstairs were very nice.

Cons:

The reception staff were a little unfriendly, I was there for two weeks and not once did any of them acknowledge me. There was a three hour power cut and no one came to check if I needed anything or reach out to offer advice.
