Comfort Inn London - Wellington Road

Staff were extremely kind and upgraded us to the newly renovated rooms upon inquiry. They have plenty of amenities and are willing to provide extra. The breakfast was a simple yet nourishing one and extremely appreciated. The rooms are clean. There is a faint smell of smoke here and there and the ac was not working in our room but it wasnt that bad. Overall would come again! The staffs kindness made it much more enjoyable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel had a general food smell in the hallways, though the rooms were bright and clean.

Property was close to most things we needed. Could have been a little cleaner.

Staff very friendly and fast service. AC wasn’t working in our room and they gave us a new room right away. Room smelt a little muggy and like cigarette smoke.

Okay, for the price in comparison with other accommodations in the area. Friendly front-desk staff but nobody was available to help us figure out how to work the television in our room. No instructions provided. (We’d planned to catch an hour of the first Blue Jays – Yankees post-season game before an appointment but had to go elsewhere to watch.) When checking in, we had to pay an extra “refundable” $100 fee on top of the rate. Four days later, still waiting for this to be removed from our credit card.

It’s an old hotel that need to be updated . The bed was very uncomfortable. That being said. Super cheap for a one night stay

ALL GOOD

Staff was friendly and nice but the room was not ideal.
-shower was dirty
- toilet wouldn’t flush
-sink wouldn’t drain
-sliding door didn’t have a strong lock
-woke up to a woman looking though our back window.

Only stayed for the night so didn’t feel the need to bother the staff. Will not be returning.

I understand rooms aren’t cleaned daily unless asked but the garage should be taken out. More breakfast options should be available, however the beds are comfy and there are a ton of restaurants nearby.

Shopping was close by

Room was outdated with cobwebs in corners. Housekeeping did not come during my stay no clean towels provided my second day.

Was given a double bed when I had booked a queen. Housekeeping said it was a queen but definitely not. I chose not to address the issue with the front desk.

We stayed here because we had an appointment at Victoria hospital early in the morning. We were very happy with our room and services provided.

The oldest AC are so mousy I couldn’t sleep,

stay was nice

No fridge coffee maker or microwave in room no napkins, someone was smoking weed all i could smell , shower had hair in it was not cleaned properly

Needed ground floor for accessibility, but that level has not been updated yet, so it was old and tired.
