Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable and had both firm and soft pillows. A edition of a quick breakfast in the morning was welcome, especially as a diabetic.

Cons:

There was confusion about our reservation which was frustrating. After a long drive. It took some time to sort it out but we're glad to have a receptionist who spoke English as well as French. Luckily it was sorted out. Even the receptionist had difficulty finding the confirmation number in our booking.com proof of reservation

Pros:

booked well in advance, 2 beds and a cot for 2 different nights. Didn't happen either night. Very uncomfortable sleeping, travel every year to this location for past 42 years, will not stay there again!!!

Cons:

If they would have given me the type of beds I booked at start of the year well in advance, that they confirmed I would get.
