Cons:

There were no staff to greet us and it took over 20 mins for someone to come to the front office. Walking you could see stains all over the furniture. The room was small, smelled really bad and the sheets looked dirty.

Exceptional value, great room.
Pros:

Experienced travelers. 26 countries. This hotel was, by far, the best hotel for the price we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend based on our room (King Suite, $105!)

Nice helpers , easy check in. Friendly staff, not to bad free breakfast

Cons:

Dirty pool, sides where oily , black stuff on it and several holes that needed finished throughout the building. .. needs to be a little bit cleaner .

Pleasant stay in Grand Rapids
Pros:

The check in was good. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

We had to change rooms because of a drain problem in tge bathroom, and the new room had a really bad odor when the air was blowing.
