Pros:

The room was nice for the most part. Bed was ok. Breakfast was good and several choices. The staff was very polite. Hotel was clean and quite.

Cons:

The pool was ice cold. Also the railing to go into the pool. Should be higher. My husband is handicap and usually he can hold the rail to go into the pool. Yours was so low he wasn't able to go in. The pull out couch needed a new cover on it. it couldn't zip. And, the shower head in one bathroom needed cleaned. It didn't spray very well. Other then that everything was ok. Yes, I did let the desk know about stuff to be fixed when I checked out.

Overall, five out of 10 receptionist was fantastic rooms a little disgusting to my liking great location.

Pros:

The location was good and the building felt secure. My room wasn't picking up any outside noise.

Cons:

We told staff that the linens provided for our sleeper sofa were not clean and were told we would have to deal with it until the following day. Being told to sleep on unclean bedding is disgusting and unacceptable. We thought they would bring us some the next day when housekeeping got in, but no. Nothing. The floor was sticky and there was a dark substance smeared on the wall near the entry and in the bathroom. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounded like coins in a can in the bedroom area. We had to set the temperature higher than we normally would to avoid being woken repeatedly. There was also a really strange number of people just sitting in their cars at all hours. To that end, we never felt unsafe there and the gentleman who completed my check in was very friendly. I think we may have just gotten put in a room that hadn't been completely turned over and unfortunately they missed the mark on fixing the issue in an appropriate time frame (or at all). The ac issue isn't something that can get fixed in a two night stay, and is sort of part and parcel with an older hotel like this, so I'm not really upset about it, it was just irritating.

Not really thinking about staying there again.

Close to the airport

Cons:

The bathroom shower wasn't really a shower cuz it wouldn't move up or down. Didn't get a wake-up call like we asked for. Seems like some of the staff was in the back sleeping.

Id book it there again
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Service and staff good. Room was great. Loved that the king suite has 2 FULL bathrooms...

Cons:

Elevator was sketchy, clicked and doors popped back open while moving,
outdoors area needed alot of TLC and garbage pick up around the parking lot and sidewalks...
Interior hallways were sooo hot..

Overall the facility was clean staff was friendly and helpful this was our second time we stayed her

Breakfast was good eating area was clean and well stocked and staff monitored areas to keep it clean and well supported two ladies on front desk and in eating area were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Security latch on the door needs attention it was loose remote control for the TV needed new batteries the bathroom shower ceiling could use some makeover

Terrible
Pros:

I literally couldn't being myself to eat here.
I heard the whole call from the women contacting the emergency services in response to her partner who wasn't breathing. Literally as we were entering our room

Cons:

The host was truly awful.
She was not a good fit
