Leider kommt dieses Hotel für uns nicht mehr in Frage
Pros:

Schöne Lage, genügend Liegen, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Betten waren eine Zumutung, durchgelegenen! Essen und Trinken viel zu teuer. Verwässerter Aperol Spritz für 20 €, Essen im Mittagsrestaurant überteuert und einfach nicht gut. Viel Knoblauch am Essen mach schlechtes Essen auch nicht besser.
Der Angebotene Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück für 380 € ist ein Witz, Der Wagen am Flughafen kam erst nach dem 3.Anruf, Koffer aufs Schiff mussten wir selber tragen. Bei der Rückreise das selbe. am Hafen wurden wir in den Bus mit 10 anderen gesetzt, ein Taxi wurde uns nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Den Transfern mussten wir Cash bezahlen, konnte nicht auf die Hotelrechnung, hätte uns gleich stutzig machen sollen.

Absolutely breathtaking hotel - loved the spacious, elegant and comfortable lounging areas and beach
Pros:

The hotel and its surroundings, location and amenities were wonderful. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of breakfast items and everything was delicious. The staff, waiters and bartenders were also very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

My only complaint was the size of the room and bathroom - both were on the small size.

Pros:

Hotel affascinante in una posizione davvero unica, con una vista straordinaria sul Castello Aragonese e sul mare. La struttura combina eleganza, storia e comfort in modo impeccabile. Camere curate, ambienti raffinati e servizi di alto livello. Personale professionale, cortese e sempre disponibile. Un soggiorno piacevole in una delle location più iconiche di Ischia.

Luxushotel mit exquisitem SPA
Pros:

Exzellente Lage und ein besonders hervorzuhebendes SPA mit Kuranwendungen insbesondere Fango-Applikationen. Die erforderliche ärztliche Untersuchung stand sofort zur Verfügung und bei den Terminen konnte man frei auswählen. Die Räumlichkeiten können nur als exzellent bezeichnet werden. Zu dem Hotel gehört auf der Dachterrasse ein exquisites Restaurant mit beeindruckendem Blick auf die Festung und das offene Meer. Hier gibt es sogar einen Sekt, der auf der Insel Ischia produziert wird, mit der Besonderheit, dass dessen Fermentation im Meereswasser in dort aufbewahrten Fässern erfolgt, die sich durch die Meeresströmung drehen.

Cons:

Besonders negativ ist, dass es für die mehr als 30 Zimmer und das auf dem Dachgeschoss befindliche Luxus Restaurant nur einen Lift gibt. Dieser ist nicht einmal mit dem Memoryeffekt ausgestattet, sodass es häufig zu langen Wartezeiten kommt.

Unangenehm empfanden wir auch, dass die Klimaanlage in unseren Logisräumen extrem laut war und dies auch nur wenig durch das Hotelpersonal verbessert werden konnte. Im Schlafraum gab es ein ordentliches Fenster in Richtung mehr, welches allerdings nicht in die Kippstellung gebracht werden konnte und daher insbesondere nachts praktisch keine problemlose direkte Belüftung hergestellt werden konnte.

Das WLAN war zeitweise schwach.

Unter den vielen Fernsehsendern gab es nicht einen einzigen mit deutscher Sprache.

Die Bestuhlung im Hotel ist offensichtlich für kleinwüchsige Menschen geschaffen und damit für größere Personen nicht immer bequem.

Per Saldo überwiegen aber absolut die Vorteile.
