Adequate for our overnight stay prior to onward trip. Great location close to numerous restaurants

Lift only went part way to room & we had to carry heavy luggage up & down . The room was listed as superior twin but was quite basic & small.

Convenient but not very pleasant experience

The location is very convenient.

Cons:

1. I made a mistake by making 2 bookings via 2 booking platform. 1 of them allow cancelling but will receive partial refund even when i have missed the cancellation dateline. When i arrived at the hotel, i requested to cancel one of the booking and charged me for 1 night (as it was my mistake for not cancelling the booking prior to cancellation dateline), the staff refused and we have to resort to taking 2 rooms.
2. I later found out that one of the booking platform allowed me to cancel but i will only receive partial refund. i went ahead and cancel and only received partial refund. I later took the front desk (different person) that even though we have keys to 2 rooms but since i have cancel one of the booking and only receive partial refund, i will stick to 1 room and return one of the room key.
3. Had i not checked my booking policy again, i would have not received any refund and i felt somehow cheated by the hotel staff.

If in Paris again, I think we would stay at this Hotel. It has a lot of positive points.
Pros:

Location was very central, close to the Metro & RER Train coming from the Airport. Staff were very accommodating.
Hotel was very clean & breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We knew we would be staying in a twin bedded room & the beds were not so wide. Didn't cause us too much of a problem really!

Very overpriced for the room
Pros:

I just checked out after 4 nights in Paris. My son stayed with me for 3 nights as he is travelling Europe. I paid a large amount in Canadian funds and it was not worth it.

Pros- staff very pleasant for the most part
Bed comfortable
Good location

Cons- bathroom very small which I expected but not a good set up for shower and toilet
Breakfast was ok not worth what I paid, no change of anything in 4 days and I called prior to arriving to advise my son was only staying 3 of the 4 nights and the person on the phone said they would take off the daily tax and breakfast for that night and did not happen. At check in the reception lady very nice and said she would take it off and a gentleman came by and spoke French and was not taken off.
The room was ok but not clean to standards

Not a lot of space for suitcases etc for 2 ppl
They ask you to hand in your key as you go out during the day and not sure I like that. One day they didn’t even ask for our name and bucket of our keys. Anyone could have taken it and went into our room.

The trip with my son will be memories forever but I feel I was overcharged for the room I had.

Staff were so lovely, great location, and had everything I needed.

Cons:

decor in the room was a little questionable - big dark mirrors opposite bed and a little sparse.... guess it's a taste thing
