Fantastic, beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location, lovely staff, beautiful decor, quiet comfortable room/bed and nice breakfast.

Cons:

The Aircon was very high and didn't seem to respond to changing the thermostat.

1. Reception
The receptionist who checked us in (a young blonde female) was not welcoming. There was no smile, very little eye contact, and the interaction felt distant. First impressions matter, and our arrival did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a five-star hotel.

2. Reception service
I asked the same front desk blonde female receptionist to print a single page and was told it could take 10 to 30 minutes. That seemed excessive for such a simple request. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she is a manager with no to voice my concerns and frustrations to.
3. Guest room
The room was clean but outdated and would benefit from a renovation.
4. Guest amenities
Complimentary bottled water was not replenished during our stay. At this price point, this is a basic amenity many guests expect.
5. Bathroom
The shower handle leaks.
The raised shower platform (approximately 30 cm) creates a potential slip hazard.
The toilet is too close to the wall.
The faucet is not centered over the sink, causing water to spill onto the countertop.
The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, allowing unpleasant odours to spread into the bedroom.
6. Gym access
Accessing the gym is unnecessarily complicated. Guests must call reception from a phone several metres away to have the door unlocked. By the time the call ends and you return to the door, it often locks again, requiring the process to be repeated.
7. Gym shower privacy
The gym, spa, and jacuzzi shower has clear glass and is positioned directly beside the entrance. People entering the wellness area can easily see someone showering, providing very little privacy.

Each of these issues deserves attention. Together, they noticeably affect the overall guest experience and fall short of what one would expect from a five-star hotel.

Pros:

Excellent emplacement. Chambre agréable et assez spacieuse mais vue sur les bureaux en face assez proche. Chambres propres. Tres belle bâtisse. Les jeunes filles au resto du petit déjeuner sont adorables et très serviables contrairement au reste du personnel.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner vraiment moyen, pas très varié, il faut demander pour avoir un jus de fruit naturel.
Personnel pas très serviable, lorsque j'ai dit que je n'étais pas satisfaite à la réception une jeune femme m'a repondu que je pouvais écrire sur Google ma réclamation...chose faite.
Salle de bain très petite, il ne faut pas avoir trop de ventre pour rentrer et sortir de la douche.
J'ai séjourné il y a quelques mois à l'hotel en face, le service était franchement meilleur et le petit déjeuner vraiment excellent pour le meme prix.
