Beautiful hotel
Pros:

This is my favourite hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. The decor is stunning all the way from the outside to the small details in our room, the staff were always courteous and helpful, it's in a great location right next to everything but not noisy.

Cons:

The slightest complaint is the same as we have for most hotels, curtains let in too much light in the morning, for some this isn't an issue, but for us we always get woken by the light and very few hotels make an accommodation for this.

美しいプラハでの宿泊！
Pros:

市民会館を窓から見ながら、毎日を過ごせました。どこに行くにも、徒歩圏内。少し遠くへは地下鉄、トラム、バスが利用でき、とても便利です。目の前にパラディウム（商業施設）があるのも、ちょっとした買い物に便利です。朝食は毎日同じですが、種類は多く、スープが３種類順番に日替わりになっていました。スタッフもとてもフレンドリー。到着した日がとても寒かったというと、すぐにヒーターを入れてくれました。エレベーターは２台あり、クラシックですが十分機能的です。ホテル自体、アールヌーボーの意匠で、美しく、毎日ホテルに帰るのが楽しみでした。到着日にお水1本とチョコレート（10個）のサービス。タオル3種類、スリッパとバスローブ（ずっと同じ）、湯沸かしポット、インスタントコーヒー、ティーバッグ、ハーブティーなど3種。
タオルは毎日代えてくれ、バスタブの滑り止めマットも申請すると置いてくれます。

Cons:

ゴミが落ちたままだったので、部屋の清掃をちゃんとして欲しい。シーツなどのリネン類は毎日代えられていないようだった。ターンダウンサービスがなかったこと。

最高の立地。
Pros:

部屋が広く、バスタブがある事。

Cons:

設備が古い事。韓国や台湾からの団体ツアーで大勢のお客様が来て、とてもうるさい事。
