Elegancki hotel w starym stylu
Pros:

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, bardzo elegancki. Pracownicy recepcji bardzo uprzejmi, pomocni i profesjonalni. W pokojach czajnik, ekspres do parzenia herbaty, bardzo dobrze działające wifi. Otwierają się okna.

Cons:

Jak na tej klasy hotel spodziewałabym się na śniadaniu świeżo wyciskanego soku i ciepłych dań przygotowywanych na zamówienie. Mimo tych braków, śniadanie było bardzo dobre.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Altstadt, super als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen. Eine U-Bahn Station befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus hat einen gediegenen, stilvollen Charakter. Wir haben nur freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal erlebt. Das Frühstücksbuffet enthielt vielfältige, frische und schmackhafte Speisen. Bis zur letzten Minute wurde nachgelegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Not very much not to like! Incredible service in such a beautiful impeccable hotel. So many amazing details. Corner room with a wonderful view and fantastic breakfast

We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Everything went well. The staff was amazing, the facilities charming, the location was exactly where you'd want to be. Especially enjoyed the elevators and the breakfast.

Cons:

Like many hotels, this one needs more electrical outlets near the beds.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Everything was wonderful, location less than 10 minutes walk from Old Town Square, breakfast was excellent. Staff were all friendly. Rooms were lovely.
Has heating and aircon. Jacuzzi was a bonus.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike

立地は言うことなし！
そして何より、スタッフの気遣いや笑顔が最高に良かったです！
朝食も美味しかった。

忘れ物も、ちゃんとフロントで受け取れた！
思い出に残るホテルになった！

Cons:

あまり良くなかった点はなかったが、少し気になったのは。連泊したので、初日に置かれていたお水も補給して貰えると、とてもスマートかなと思った。

Wonderful, classic hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

This is a great hotel with an excellent location in the city center. A metro stop is a short distance from the front door and Old Town Square is a comfortable, fascinating walk. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional and our room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The rooms, lobby and hallways were tastefully appointed with art work and statues. There is also an extensive breakfast buffet in the morning in a pleasant dining room. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Prague.

Cons:

The bathtub sides were high, making getting in an out to take a shower somewhat challenging. Once we got used to it, we didn't have a problem bathing.

Enjoyable stay in an art nouveau Hotel in great location
Pros:

Loved the architectural art nouveau style, helpfulness of staff, view from our room over rooftops and sky, pretty good breakfast, centrality of location.

Cons:

Shower was hopeless - tricky to climb in and out of high-sided bathtub plus the shower space was limited and bath surface was slippery, water pressure poor, AND the hot water took about 5 or more minutes to come, also sheets on bed caused skin issues (detergent used perhaps?).
