Room was very, very small, was not ready at check in time. Completely not worth the $400 we paid.

Stupid stuff that makes it not worth half the price.

The staff are lovely and helpful.

Cons:

1) When you turn the lights off bedside it turns off the charging plug by the bed for your phone (what the hell!)
2) The rooms are TINY.
3) The beds are TINY.
4) The downstairs rooms are noisy due to the recription
5) The location isn't that great really
6) If you arrive early they will take your bag or charge you $30 to get to your room. Like come on the room was ready.
7) Some weird general noises overnight like A/C kicking in (but it wasn't AC)

for Boston it is acceptable, all hotels overall in Bosotn and in New York are expensive in the centr
Pros:

location was close to Back Bay station where I came on Amtrack and close to my office at 157 Berkley street, curtains on the window is good blind

Cons:

bed is too low in height, room is small but it is enough for one person, but price for such room is high

L'entrada i l'ascensor son molt vells i deixats, tot i que els passasissos i les habitacions són correctes. No hi ha (o no vaig veure) un mínim de servei per dispensar aigua, com a mínim L'habitació molt petita, prácticamebt no hi ha mobiliari, ni una tauleta on deixar el mòbil, el llibre o les ulleres. Al lavabo no hi ha cap penjador per a les tovalloles.

Adequate for a tourist quick stay with super friendly staff
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Staff were super friendly and very welcoming / accommodating.

Cons:

Zero sound proofing in the building. Any conversation / movement in the lobby sounded like it was in my room all through the first night of my 2 night stay. Room was very small but clean and comfortable.
