I don’t think I would stay here again.
Pros:

The free breakfast and the hotel manager was nice when we let her know about the employee that gave us a hard time when we checked in.

Cons:

The front desk employee when we checked in,
How hard you had to pull the room door to close it and it was hard to find parking because to many cars were taking two parking spots.

Olor a humedad
Pros:

Camas cómodas y grandes, limpio todo, la ubicación es buena
Me confundí al llegar con la entrada de la gasolinera porque no ví un letrero para guiarme.

Cons:

Al entrar al cuarto tenía un marcado olor a humedad y La alfombra cerca del aire acondicionado estaba húmeda, anduve sin zapatos y mis calcetas acabaron muy mojadas 😔, ese es el único detalle que comparto como una oportunidad de mejora para el hotel

Pros:

Close to the concert venue. Shopping center next door had good food and a sports bar.

Cons:

Early check-in process could be better. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Found an alcoholic drink on the floor from the previous people. The bathtub still had the cleaner in it. The cleaning staff didn’t rinse it. Only one bath towel was in the room.

Personally I slept really good, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the breakfast.
Pros:

Walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper you will hear the parking lot really clear. Breakfast was reasonable and there was a good selection of food. Coffee was excellent, I think I was fine with it but my wife not so much.

Cons:

I actually liked it, my wife said it reminded her of a motel and does not want to come back. I just informed her it was the best place to stay at based on where we were going.

Decent hotel near concert venue
Pros:

Decent-ish hotel near the 805 and North Island Credit Union Amphitheater. It was a bit noisy, being close to the freeway. Our room was mostly clean, but the tile floor in the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly as it had a weird film on it that felt somewhat sticky & we could see our footprints (ick). It is in close proximity to the Amphitheater and is clearly popular for people attending a concert there (like us). There was only 1 person working check in on a concert night, nice guy but overwhelmed & doing his best to get people checked in. Management should definitely have an additional team member there to help him out on concert nights. Overall, it's a decent budget hotel.
