The location
There was cockroach in the room, we had to move the bed around to find it and get rid of it. There was only one towel in the room, the lobby was closed, and we checked in through side window.
Conveniently located.
It’s a little old. People in next room kept slamming the door.

The property is very well maintained, and has a lot of convenient features added to the room.
One thing I didn’t like about the property was the size of the bathroom inside of the room. I believe the bathroom was a little too small for me and made me feel a little claustrophobic while using it.

Todo muy bien, Solo que se hizo doble cargo de deposito, hable con el administrador y me dijo que tenía razón que me lo devolvían entre lunes o martes, ya es jueves y Noo e recibido el rembolso
Good location
The A/C didn’t work. They said they would gave me back 50% of the reservation but when Booking contacted them they didn’t reply so I couldn’t get my money back.

Horrible staff and attitude to clients; we forget clothing and call 2 hours after check out. 2 days they tell call back to find mystery housekeeper and at the end we don’t have anything and you are very rude

To be honest there was really nothing that I liked from this hotel. For the price and the quality this hotel should be rated a 2 star at best. Service, rooms, breakfast, and cleanliness were probably the worst I've ever stayed at.
There was nothing I liked it was dirty and full of bugs. It was loud at night because you can hear all the cars from the freeway and they only clean and offer you free towels every 3 days. I had to pull teeth to get fresh towels and was given an attitude and nasty looks for wanting fresh towels.
