The price to get to the hotel from the airport which was set up by the hotel was nearly 4 times as much as the taxi fare traveling from the hotel to the airport.

Pros:

De ligging van het hotel aan het water en sfeervol. Vriendelijk personeel en de mogelijkheid om fietsen van het hotel te huren. Prima ontbijt.

我在酒店住了5天5晚，感觉很好，地理位置优越，到新港很近。员工亲切，接待我的一位员工名字叫Pachur（拼写不一定准确）特别好，接待我入住时亲自带我去熟悉一下早餐、午餐的地点，帮我预约到机场的出租车，解决我遇到的困难和问题。酒店知道我睡眠质量不好，特意备注安排我安静的房间，待我住进去几天的时候，确实感觉到比较安静。

Pros:

Brilliant location on waterfront. Breakfast was good although the breakfast room was rather crowded. Dinner in the restaurant was also good.
The room was comfortable although not much cupboard space. Good large walk in shower.

Cons:

More cupboard space. More written information about the hotel and the area. Everything is on-line.

Would not book again and caution others if you’re a light sleeper.
Pros:

Pros: great location, historical building, great breakfast with fresh to order egg dishes, kind and professional staff.

Cons:

The room 103 ($375 a night) is off the kitchen, all night long noise and lights flicking off and on, impossible to sleep, housekeeping not finished until 3 to 5pm., no soundproofing above room, plumbing and ac broken in rooms, had to be moved. Too much noise in this property for me! I stayed 4 nights and was given a 1 night refund for these issues, which I appreciated. If I had known about these issues, I would have stayed somewhere else.

Excellent location in the heart of Copenhagen.
Pros:

Great location, unbeatable for walking to all the main attractions in Copenhagen. The restaurant (Il Molo) was excellent, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and professional, and the room was very comfortable.
