A great stay all round. The city's tram service is second to none.
Pros:

Location good, friendly and helpful staff, good room and large balcony. Easy walk to the main station, with good restaurants, and regular trams to the centre of the city and airport from just outside the hotel, costing less than 2 Euros a trip!

Perfect for an overnight stop over close to station
Pros:

5 minute walk from the station, next to tram stops for easy access to the city centre or 15 minute walk. Short walk to some lovely neighbourhood bars, restaurants and the food market. Our room was upgraded.

Une très belle ville vivante et c’est la première fois que nous venons à Bordeaux

L’emplacement est au top et juste à côté de l’arrêt du Tramway et la literie est bien confortable et le petit terrasse à côté de la chambre est aussi au top et le personnel très sympathique.

Pros:

Très propre. Très confortable. À proximité de la gare et pas très loin du centre historique. Je marche beaucoup et j’ai tout fait à pied.

Cons:

J’ai commandé un Negroni au bar et on ne m’a pas servi un Negroni. On m’a plutôt servi un mélange de deux vermouths blancs et un vermouth rouge avec seulement un peu de Campari et de gin. Et bien, sans surprise, ça goûtait davantage le Martini moitié-moitié que le Negroni.

La propreté. Clairement, cela laisse à désirer. Dès l’entrée, à la réception, les tapis sont sales, pas nets, idem sol : l’aspirateur n’est ni fait ni à faire et surtout la serpillère, le sol en a franchement besoin ! Le pire étant le sol du petit déjeuner : il colle…

Excellent hotel for your staying in Bordeaux
Pros:

Rooms clean and very confortable, the entire staff very friendly and proactive to respond to our needs. I had a small problem in the locking device of my room but Mr. Rafael Kurt has immediately solved it in a quick a professional way. Last but not least a very good parking at a reasonable price

Cons:

Many buildings in the area around the hotel are actually under reconstruction so there is a bit of disruption. In any case the location is very good to visit Bordeaux
