It was amazing. We’ve been in several hotels in this area, so far this one is the best. Mark and Jany made our stay comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely come back.
Cozy room, modern facilities, and the building even has a nice rooftop bar. The people at the reception were extremely nice and helpful. We were able to leave our baggage there during the day as we were flying at midnight. and they even offered us if we wanted to shower before leaving for the airport. We are very thankful.

Location was incredible, close to the lake and life of hanoi old quarter. Room was immaculate, the best of the hanoi hotels we stayed at. Value was great as well as the breakfast being very generous with a great selection. Both Moon and Zoe were so helpful, in booking our stay, allowing us to see the room before booking our stay, and helping us out with suggestions of local places to try.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. They made us feel comfortable at all times and really paid attention to every detail.
The rooms were very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Everything felt professional, warm and well organized. You can really tell that the team cares about their guests and wants to create a great experience.
I would definitely recommend Aurora Premium Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

We loved our stay at the Aurora Premium hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Moon gave us many great recommendations on how to make the most of our time in Hanoi, and it was a pleasure speaking with her. You also can’t beat the location: being right in the heart of the Old Town was a fantastic experience.
Wonderful service, clean and quiet rooms with adjustable air conditioning and a large choice for breakfast. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and attentive. Hotel is in the Old Quarter with lots to explore by foot.
Aurora was perfectly located and had the most comfortable room with special care taken for every needs. the staff was most cordial. We loved our breakfast. It was a perfect home away from home.
