Great location, lovely rooms, pretty quiet even though it’s located in the main area.
Good breakfast (until 09:30). Staff were really nice.
AC was very strong, and setting to low didn’t work - it was still strong.
From the moment we started check out we felt very pressured by the staff to review the hotel. While we understand the importance of reviewing, it made us feel uncomfortable. Even after leaving the hotel we’d still get messages.

Booking.com told me a price for the room. Booking said the hotel would place a hold on my credit card. Later, the hotel sent messages saying I would need to present that card when checking in--but I made the reservation for other people who would not have my card. Also, the hotel said that if I paid by card, the hotel would charge an add additional 3%. In short, if you book with Booking, you will learn there are hidden restrictions and charges.
This was my second time staying at the Aurora Premium Hotel after a long while. I stayed for about 14 days for business and weekend sightseeing around Hoan Kiem. Since I stayed for quite a long time, I became good friends with the hotel staff. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and kind. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring the Hoan Kiem area. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hanoi.

The location of the hotel is great everything is close to you, and there is puppet show which is near by it is recommended to visit if you have time. The atmosphere is also great for solo and family trips you don’t need to worry about noisy streets. The rooms are clean and will organized.
Quavo did excellent job in hospitalizing us. Worth revisiting this hotel for sure.
