Simplesmente um dos melhores da Ásia. Variedade e qualidade incrível das refeições. Os funcionários do hotel se dedica para manter a qualidade do serviço excelente e pelo bom estar dos hospedes durante as refeições
Gostei de tudo. Para quem quer ficar na Old Town, é uma localização perfeita. Os funcionários são ótimo; dou atenção especial a senhorita Peoni, que fez da nossa estadia em Hanói um momento inesquecível. E dou essa dica para os próximos hóspedes: façam os passeios para Ha Long Bay e Nim Min com as indicações do hotel (você mas mim agradecer por essa sugestão)

Breakfast was good, with lots of choices. The location was great too, with good massage places and coffee shops nearby. The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Overall, we had a really pleasant and comfortable stay.

استقبلونا احلى استقبال وقامو بتجهيز غرفة قبل موعد التشيك ان لراحتنا
فقط شى واحد الطعام كان أغلبه غير حلال
لكن الموظفات أبدو اسفهم وأنهم سوف يقومون بتغير الطعام في المستقبل لإرضاء النزلاء المسلمين
The staffs were amazing, they have offered me as well a free upgraded since I am staying with my cousins. They go beyond the bars. Looking forward on coming back, thank you for having me guys!
Back again for my fourth visit and this time in the lake view suite. Honestly spectacular — watching Hoan Kiem Lake from your own private suite is something else entirely. Romantic does not begin to cover it. If you are travelling with a partner or a lover, book this room immediately and thank me later.
Aurora Premium continues to be my Hanoi home. See you next time.
Staff were friendly and super helpful, the room was modern, well maintained, quiet and very clean. The property is conveniently located in the Old Quarter. The bed was plush and comfortable.
Nothing I didn’t like - it is great value for money.
