Quality and beautiful boutique hotel that gives us good night sleep
Pros:

We paid for a big room and it was spacious. Aurora Premium stands out among many boutique hotels in Old Quarter, Hanoi. We stayed for almost a week. Staff were friendly. While breakfast section was not big, it was good enough, the hot food section changed daily during our stay. The decoration and details were beautiful. The bed was comfortable. It's only a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the weekend market also a short walk. The room was quiet with very minimal street noise. We slept well every night.

Cons:

The bathtub has shower heads but the water easily splash outside and wet the bathroom floor. I don't know how many people would enjoy the tub in a hot & humid weather. A walk-in shower would have been practical. The shower temperature was sometimes unsteady, since the weather was hot, we're fine with it getting cold.
The air-conditioner works well but it blows directly to the working desk, it's too cold to sit there while using my laptop. I could raise the temperature but other parts of the room would feel too warm. On the other hand, at least, it does not blow directly to the head of our bed. A few nearby restaurants were priced higher than expectation and the provided food did not match the money we paid. We found more tasty restaurants at cheaper price when we walked out further.

Sehr gutes Hotel sowohl für private als auch für Geschäftsreisen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Altstadt und man ist direkt mitten im Geschehen. Die Straße gehört zu einer der ruhigeren, wenn es Nacht wird, sodass man auch gut schlafen kann.
Aufgrund des Fahrverbots für große Busse können Tourveranstalter Gäste nicht mehr direkt am Hotel abholen. Die Lage ist aber so günstig, dass man nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß gehen muss, um zu einem Treffpunkt am Rand der Altstadt zu gelangen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, schon beim Check-in fühlt man sich direkt wohl.
Das Frühstück gibt es in der 11. Etage mit einem tollen Blick über Hanoi.

Cons:

Mir ist nichts negatives aufgefallen.

Great hotel, good location and breakfast
Pros:

Great location, lovely rooms, pretty quiet even though it’s located in the main area.
Good breakfast (until 09:30). Staff were really nice.

Cons:

AC was very strong, and setting to low didn’t work - it was still strong.
From the moment we started check out we felt very pressured by the staff to review the hotel. While we understand the importance of reviewing, it made us feel uncomfortable. Even after leaving the hotel we’d still get messages.

Cons:

החדרים נרגילים קטנים מאוד 25 מטר. הייתי ממליצה להוסיף גבינות ודגים בארוחת הבוקר.
