So so good. Zoe so kind. Beds were very soft and staff were very helpful even late at night.
I had another great stay at Aurora Premium Hotel Hanoi. The staff were always kind and welcoming. My room was comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful “Welcome Home” bed decoration and handwritten welcome back letter.
If to come up with something that can be improved. The only issue was the taxi arranged by the hotel. The driver was using speakerphone and checking messages while driving, which made me feel unsafe.

Location is super good but the tour limousine said cannot come in so we need to walk few steps to junction. Anyway hotel has provide variety of local breakfast and the staff very friendly especially Zoey. They willing to assist you once u step in the hotel with your luggage and send welcome fruits and drink cool tea in the hotel small lobby.
Is good can provide higher quality of toiletries of toothbrushes and toothpaste and also shower cap .
The environment is good, the service is attentive, there are snacks and tea, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic, and I have a good experience here.
I only stayed in Hanoi for one day and picked this hotel. It's affordable and the service is really great!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough!
The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, which was perfect for taking peaceful morning strolls before the city got busy. Our room was also well-equipped with all the right amenities, including a small safe, comfortable slippers, quality shampoo and body wash, and two complimentary bottles of drinking water.
What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Jennie, who assisted us with a seamless check-in. She went above and beyond by sharing some fascinating history of Hanoi with us and giving us excellent recommendations for places to visit during our trip. They truly go the extra mile here—the hotel staff even brought our Grab Food orders straight up to our room!
If you are looking for incredible value for money, better-than-expected service, and genuine hospitality, this is the place to be. We absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back!
