Achtung bei der Einfahrt....Asphalt hat riesige Lücken! 🙀
Direkt unterhalb der Anlage wird ein riesiges Hotel gebaut, somit ab 7:00 früh bis abends Baustellenlärm.....also zum Frühstück auf der Terrasse Baustellenaussicht mit Lärm

In dem Gebäude wo wir uns befanden, würde auch renoviert....ab 7:30 Presslufthammer😥
Aus dem Abfluss der Dusche kam unerträglicher Gestank.....Duschaufenthalt war sehr miefig.
Küche war sauber und groß, aber keine Arbeitsfläche...nur viel Stauraum(leer)
Auf der großen Terrasse ein Mini-Metalltisch OHNE Sessel 🙃, wir benutzen die aus der Küche
Keine Nachttischlampen
Viele streunende Katzen, die vor die Eingangstür pinkel....riecht streng(werden auch von Bewohnern dort gefüttert...Mettalldosen liegen am Rasen herum)
Wäscheständer verrostet und Gestänge kaputt(Vorsicht!)
Anlage mitten im Industriegebiet

La nuit s’est bien passée

Localisation, dimension de l’appartement et accueil lors de la finalisation de la réservation. Réactivité lors du problème de fermeture avec la porte balcon.

Pros:

Bell’appartamento luminoso nel verde, dove c’è pace, fuori dal caos ma in zona strategica dove tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi e palestra. Anche il centro di Olbia è facilmente raggiungibile. Parcheggio proprio fuori la struttura.

Cons:

Sarebbe stato comodo avere uno straccio da cucina oltre alla spugna e il detersivo.

Résidence architecturalement agréable. Les appartements sont bien conçus.
Pros:

Résidence très bien placée, bel environnement.

Cons:

Une meilleure utilisation des désinfectants qui ont rendu l'air irrespirable. Il a fallu laisser aérer plusieurs heures. Dommage car tout le reste allait bien

Pros:

La struttura è completa di tutto, pulitissima e accogliente. Il proprietario e tutto lo staff sono persone squisite, attentissime e sempre presenti con consigli e informazioni per il soggiorno.
Sarà il nostro punto di riferimento ogni qualvolta dovremmo andare ad Olbia.

Für eine Übernachtung ok.
Cons:

Das Appartement war abgewohnt, nicht zum Wohlfühlen, überall nur kaltes helles Deckenlicht, fehlende Gemütlichkeit, im Durchgang zwischen Wohnbereich, Bad und Schlafzimmer befand sich ein sehr großer Warmwasser-/Heizungsbehälter welcher Nachts ständig anging und man durch dieses laute Geräusch kaum zum Schlafen kam.
Die Appartement-Anlage befand sich am Ortsrand von Olbia in einem Industriegebiet.

Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt
Pros:

kostenloser und sicherer Parkplatz fürs Auto, Entfernung zum Flughafen 10-15 Minuten

Cons:

Küchenausstattung nicht ausreichend, einige wichtige Sachen fehlten zum Kochen und damit meine ich nicht die Gewürze. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Die Lage in Ordnung, aber wir haben uns von der Unterkunft mehr versprochen, auch anhand der Bilder von Booking.com. Appartment sehr hellhörig, Balkon ebenfalls nicht einladend zum draußen sitzen.
