Bien placé, logement assez grand pour 3 et assez propre

Nous étions 3. Donc il y avait 3 tasses. 3 verres.
Pas de micro ondes . Pas de petites cuillieres . Des ustensiles mis dans le tiroir sans être enlevé de leur emballage ..
2 poêles petites .
Quelques toiles d araignées .
Le salon de jardin bien abîmé . Une toute petite table dehors où on peut mettre que 2 assiettes .

Fuori dal centro ma comodo
Pros:

Appartamento bello al secondo piano bellissime terrazze. L'appartamento è completo di lavatrice e ferro da stiro adatto per una vacanza a lingo termine. È fuori Olbia ma in meno di dieci minuti raggiungi il centro.Comodo il parcheggio auto personale.

L'accueil du personnel et la propreté des lieux

Cons:

Il fallait tirer la chasse d'eau plusieurs fois pour vider ou être astucieux avec un sceau d'eau mais globalement c'était top.
Les lits avec un matelas à mémoire de forme ce n'est pas pour moi (100kg de muscles). Le lit réversible a fait l'affaire

È stata una piacevole scoperta! La casa è accogliente e dispone di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Peccato aver soggiornato solo una notte, perché ci saremmo fermati volentieri più a lungo. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla Sig.ra Wiola della reception, che con la sua disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un'accoglienza davvero impeccabile!

Un lugar tranquilo y muy agradable.
Pros:

El complejo era muy bonito y el apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. La única pega es la ubicación, ya que necesitas coche sí o sí para desplazarte. En cuanto a la decoración, era un poco sobria, pero en general la estancia fue muy agradable.

It was very easy to check in. The reception personnel, they were very nice to us and very friendly. Always keen to help, a big plus!

The quality of the extendable sofa. If you intend to use it, be prepared to have your back injured.
The apart hotels need quite a significant amount of repairs.

Nous avions réservé pour une nuit, heuresement. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée n’était forcément pas la meilleure.

Le personnel était très accueillant et la communication s’est très bien passé

Cons:

Il n’y a aucune isolation vis à vis des voisins, lorsqu’ils prennent leur douche on entend tout depuis la chambre.
Nous avons mis en route la climatisation et d’un coup on a eu de la flotte qui tombe du faux plafond dans le salon, c’est désolant.

Una garanzia
Pros:

La posizione tranquilla è ad un passo dalla città di Olbia ed è perfetta per raggiungere la costa. L'appartamento ha un giardino privato con veranda e all'interno ci sono tutti i confortevoli. Stanze spaziose e pulite.
