I liked the location.
The pool deck was depressing, the windows were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the rooftop bar didn't have a very good vibe, the jacuzzi was broken the majority of our stay

Absolutely loved the hotel and the atmosphere and the location.
Loved the front desk staff. They were extremely nice and friendly and made our stressful stay so much better. However, the rooftop bar and the cafe staff were not pleasant.

Victor at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. As a diamond member he made feel right at home and upgraded me as well, can't complain at all.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, not a single noise in the room, nice views, great Location, close to a lot of atteactions, nice pool & hut tub, and the the staff is really helpfull and kind definitely a good price.
Our stay has been so great so far. Very nice staff, the Roof Top Bar experience atmosphere was so amazing. It has also been great to be within walking distance to tons restaurants. Our room is spotless and modern and the the staff, Victor and Isabel have been so welcoming.
Will definitely stay here again.

Victor was amazing I went for my 22nd birthday and was a little sad didn’t know what to do but I arrived to the hotel he was very welcoming and kind and acknowledged it was my birthday, he got me the best room I could ask for and provided me the best service letting me know what I can do at the hotel for my stay/bday and gave me the best treatment with everything including the pool/bar. Went out of his way to ensure I had the best stay/bday honestly made my birthday so good! My room was amazing and spacious had a beautiful view and was beautiful in general. Front desk girl and Victor helped my bestfriend set up a surprise decoration in my room for me it was soo nice they all made me feel very special . Victor is the guy! Took good care of me making me feel comfortable and important he deserves a raise! 5 stars for Victor 5 stars for front desk and 5 stars all around for the hotel in general and where it was located. Thank you so much again! You all made my day the best I look forward to booking with you guys again you all are amazing !
This hotel has fantastic staff who really look after you and go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic stay. A special thank you to Desiree who was very helpful and accommodating when we needed information. The hotel is extremely comfortable and a fantastic base to tour San Diego.
