RESTAURANT: access only by reservation, subject to availability. “Smart casual” dress code required (gentlemen: long trousers and closed shoes).

DOLCE VITA SPA: access by reservation and for a fee, exclusive use for couples or families. Fitness Corner free of charge with reservation.

PRIVATE BEACH: open 08:00–18:00 (summer season). Parasols and sunbeds at extra charge, subject to reservation. Valid: 14:00 on day of arrival – 13:00 on day of departure.

OUTDOOR POOL: open 09:00–19:00 (summer season). Access and sunbeds free of charge, subject to availability.

BICYCLES: available 08:00–20:00 (1 May – 30 September). Traditional bicycles free; e-bikes €10 for 6 hours.

PETS: €25/day; max. 2 per room (dogs <25kg, cats <3kg). Guide dogs and certified support animals always welcome.

CHILDREN: free stay 0–2.99 years. Baby cot €20/day, subject to availability.

Pros:

Struttura fantastica, in posizione eccezionale di fianco al Grand Hotel, a cui si ha accesso completo per tutti i servizi.
Il giardino, gli interni e la colazione valgono assolutamente il prezzo pagato.

Comunque tutto il resto sempre super veniamo da anni in questo hotel e lo apprezziamo molto.
Pros:

colazione super
ma uovo in camicia e' arrivato sodo alla mia rimostranza il personale ha sorriso come se fosse cosa di poco conto.

Cons:

Il bar mai presidiato e neanche all'ora dell'aperitivo.
perche'?
La cameriera che e' arrivata trafelata perche' era occupata in altre cose evidentemente non era all'altezza, magari con un bar tender avremmo consumato di più, quindi a mio parere bar da potenziare.

- 100 metri dal mare

Cons:

- supplemento cane troppo alto, alloggio spesso nei 4/5 stelle e non mi è mai capitato di pagare così tanto al giorno

Pros:

We were updated to grand hotel for free, probably due to low season and absence clients for Residensa.
Grand hotel is exceptional , grounds, service, breakfast are above the desired.
But we were in the small room on the top floor with very bad WiFi. I am not sure if it was an equivalent to the room we booked.

Try the main hotel if you get a chance, but this is a close second choice.
Pros:

The building next door to the grand hotel which is kind of like an overflow space. The rooms are not as good as the main hotel, but cheaper. Same breakfast and access to facilities as the main hotel.

Staying in a masterpiece of art and history
Pros:

It’s the best value for money to experience the Grand Hotel stay. Residenza has the same good materials in furnishings and details, good quality never degrades. Read about this hotel, the history is amazing.
