Room was spacious, staff were attentive, location convenient.
Our room had a distinct urine smell from the first time we entered it. When we told staff about it and requested another room, they said they had none available. However, we appreciated that they came to investigate and had the carpets cleaned the next day. The carpet cleaning helped reduce the smell but did not eradicate it completely. The room was also quite dated and not worth the cost in my opinion, especially due to the smell and considering we were not offered any form of discount/compensation for this issue.
Loved the room and balcony.
Another elevator would be ideal. Being on the opposite end of the 4th floor for multiple days was tiring. A/C does not go low enough in room.

The outdoor pool was great. It was clean and the chairs and towels were plenty.
My double queen room was small
We had no place to put our clothes and suitcases. The King room was huge. There was a chair and ottoman plus a big dresser.
