가성비와 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 신주쿠에서 이만한 가격에 이정도는 쉽지 않을거 같아요. 다다미방이라 매트가 엄청 걱정이었는데, 너무 편해서 집에 손님용으로 하나 사고 싶을 정도였습니다.

The hotel offers good value for the price, especially for a short stay. I stayed for one night, which felt sufficient. The location is a major highlight, as it is very central, close to Shinjuku Station, and right in the heart of Kabukicho’s nightlife. I also appreciated the 24/7 reception, which was very helpful since we arrived late at night.

Cons:

The hotel clearly shows its age and feels quite worn. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom area, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, there is no lift, which I hadn’t noticed beforehand — with large luggage and a room on the top floor, this was quite inconvenient.

Ottima posizione, vicina via di Godzilla e ai locali / market ma sorprendentemente silenziosa la notte. La golden gai è vicina ma è tutto tranquillo solo un po folkloristico. Comoda per gli spostamenti e con tante cose vicine da visitare a piedi. Mi sono piaciuti i particolari /decorazioni giapponesi dell’hotel.

Cons:

Senza ascensore e con una scala scomoda da fare con le valigie. La stanza stile giapponese con i futon mi è piaciuta ma la ho trovata molto scomoda: aperti i futon non c’era più spazio per muoversi e poi sei troppo vicino al pavimento e se non è pulitissimo non è piacevole. La stanza non va bene per persone alte, si sbatte ovunque ( c’è una trave bassa in mezzo alla stanza). Il bagno è piccolissimo e senza appoggi. La stanza non era molto pulita e la struttura è un po vecchia.
Il bagno era un po maleodorante , bisognava far andare un po la ventola prima di entrarci. I prodotti da bagno offerti erano di scarsa qualità e quantità confronto allo standard giapponese.

El personal era muy amable y nos guardaron nuestra maleta el día que nos fuimos, es lo único bueno del alojamiento.

El barrio en el que está ubicado es bastante chungo, las calles están sucias (vimos una rata gigante y cucarachas), está lleno de host y gente con pintas chungas que te intentan llevar a bares. Pasamos algo de miedo en la habitación por la zona y los ruidos que se escuchaban desde fuera. La habitación dejaba bastante que desear, no estaba muy bien cuidada, había moho y polvo acumulado en ciertas zonas.
