SALIDA DE EMERGENCIA SIN SEÑALAR, SUCIO E INCÓMODO
Pros:

Nada. Estaba sucio, lleno de polvo en cualquier esquina de la habitación, hasta en los huecos de las puertas. Los filtros del aire acondicionado llenos de mierda. El aparato que tienen de purificar funcionaba a ratos(más bien pocos ratos) no teníamos ni señalada la salida de emergencia de la habitación nisiquiera un pequeño plano. Fui a quejarme y lo único que me dijeron fue que si no estaba contenta me marchara y cambiara de hotel. Es como para que me devuelvan el dinero del alojamiento así te lo digo.

Los filtros del aire acondicionado llenos de mierda. Fui a quejarme y lo único que me dijeron fue que si no estaba contenta me marchara y cambiara de hotel. Es como para que me devuelvan el dinero del alojamiento así te lo digo. La habitación era un sótano que menos que la salida de emergencia esté señalada en la habitación (ADEMÁS QUE ES POR LEY y no teníamos ni un plano) a parte de que menos que te ayuden a subir y bajar las maletas.
Solo espero que me deis una respuesta a lo de la salida de emergencia ya que tengo fotos.

The staff was very nice and the room was adequate for my friend and I for a few nights.

I liked the location of it in Shinjuku, but the specific location in Shinjuku looks a little sketchy. I also loved the staff, they were very nice and accommodating.

コスパ良し
Pros:

テレビが映らなかったが、スタッフの方がすぐに対応してくれました。
歩き疲れてたが、和室でゆっくりできました。

Cons:

場所が場所なので仕方ないとは思うが、夜中や早朝に騒がしいことがあった。
水回りは綺麗でしたが、部屋の清掃が隅々まで行き届いているともっと良かったと思う。
