Wonderful

Pros:

Clean spacious room, breakfast in yin the booking. Free parking is a huge bonus.

Cons:

We got locked out of our room on the second night, reception failed to inform us that our key would expire and we would need to collect another. Arriving back to our room in the pouring down rain and freezing conditions wasn’t ideal especially when snow was predicted down to low levels. When we checked in this could have been told to us by the gentleman receptionist unfortunately even when asking him simple questions he rudely told us to wait and never answered our questions we didn’t bother asking again and just guessed what we needed to do. The female staff were lovely and same as the man in the dining area in the morning.

Pros:

Great location. Easy to get too and within walking distance of great restaurants and the city. Lovely and clean, great sized room and on-site parking a definite bonus. We will definitely stay there again!

Cons:

Only suggestion would be some lower pillows.

Pros:

Loved the character of the Hotel. The lounge and dining rooms were cosy with the fireplaces.

Cons:

Awkward that restaurant not open Sunday. The cooked breakfast was not that good. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not.

Great location and comfortable room.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and spacious. The bathroom is a great size and very practical for 2 people. The staff were able to get us a toaster for the room to make breakfast each morning.

Cons:

The lounge room area isn't particularly practical. A 2nd television or dining table and chairs would make it a more practical space to use. Instead we were spending most of our time in the bedroom space.
