Pros:

Good views of the footie club. The location was good if you are visiting Hobart but only if you have a car. It has recently been painted and looks fresh.

Cons:

The couch was peeling and to be replaced.

Good value hotel close to Elizabeth Street dining.
Pros:

Convenient location, large room, good facilities, good value for money. I particularly liked the sink in the kitchenette- rather than use the bathroom sink to fill the kettle.

Quiet, very comfortable and affordable motel near eateries and facilities

Pros:

It was quiet for a city location. The bedding felt like high quality. The restaurant has a fireplace (gas). Reception was very professional.

happy days at Rydges
Pros:

i have difficulty in walking any distance at present, negotiating steps etc. the staff at Rydges were extremely helpful even to the point if setting up my cpap machine for me in my room. i have extended my stay by three days and they were kind enough to bring the bew jey plus payment facility to my room so as i didn't have to negotiate the stairs to the office. The staff have been very kind and i will definitely stay here again on any subsequent trips i make.
