Execelente estadia
Pros:

Muito bem localizado, os funcionários são super solícitos e simpáticos, nota mil. Quarto muito confortável e bem limpo; o café da manhã foi ótimo.

Cons:

Frukost skulle vara serverat 07:30 men kom först kl 08:00. Vår taxi till flyger gick 08:00. Tanten som hade hand om frukosten var helt ointresserad att vi förklarade att tacin går snart och att hon kunde ta fram något lite snabbt åt oss. Jag pekade på min klocka så man antar att även en människa som inte talar engelska förstår!!

Vista impagabile
Pros:

La struttura era stata scelta principalmente per la vicinanza alla Ribeira difatti la posizione era perfetta, ma quello che mi ha tolto il fiato è stato il panorama dalla finestra della nostra camera, impagabile. La struttura in generale è stata di mio gradimento, ottimo lo staff.

とてもアットホーム感ある最高のホテル
Pros:

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、川のそばで橋の夜景を見て帰ってきたら、夏でも肌寒くて部屋に戻る前にお茶を頂きました。
また、帰りも空港までのUber待ってる間もコーヒーを頂きました。ウェルカムドリンクはいつでも良いよって柔軟に対応してくれるみたいでしたし、部屋にもメッセージカードがあり、クッキーや水もおいてありました。
またローケーションも川の近くでとても良かったです。
シャワーが熱くなるのに時間がかかると言っていたが海外ならあるあるだなぁ、と思っていたが、そんなにかからずまた水量も問題なかったです。

Cons:

交差点の真ん前なので、どうしてもUberやタクシーが止まる場所が無いためちょっと移動した所で拾わなきゃいけなかったです。
アプリを使って頼めば、それさえも問題はなかったですけど。

Great location the balcony room is a must if you like to relax after walking all day.
Pros:

The location was ideal to the water front and we were aware there was some walking up hill to get to the other parts of the city however I think we under estimated the hills. If you have issues walking not for you however if you can get up those hills in the morning when cooler that’s the best way. Hotel had a lot of positives we had the one and only balcony room which I loved as we came back after a day of walking grabbed drinks from little shop next door and sat on the balcony watching the activity on the water. No sunset though sadly from the balcony. Large room and bathroom. Friendly staff and the breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

One thing with the balcony room there is no curtain on the very large glass door so all the light from across the river pours in and if you need darkness to sleep this can be an issue. I like a dark room so this did not suit me. Some shades need to be added in my opinion
