櫃台人員服務良好。公有停車場在飯店旁，停車方便!早餐菜色多樣選擇吃的飽，很不錯。離台東正氣夜市也很近！

Cons:

我原計住宿9／12_9／14；但是在當晚9／12日，我的朋友精神狀況極差，我便只好在9／13日清晨3點多到櫃台退房！櫃檯告知已經是9／13號3點；所以無法退取任何費用！但此時有一對情侶走進來要住宿價錢是1488元，我雖然有錯在先，但既然第一天房價已收，我是否能住到10：00再退房呢？第二天的房價櫃檯原本不答應退房，但因為有那對情侶，他們才說退我1488元！那我說能否讓我再上去原房間休息一下，我保證10：00前退房，對方表示錢退了不行，我說那是隔天的錢！但對方說已結案；我只好帶著生病的友人離開了！

這是一間當場訂房比預訂的便宜飯店！請問我為何要先預訂！我朋友生病我提前退房，我可以接受店家的規定，但在當天入住我親耳聽到雙人房1844元；半夜我又聽到1488。請問提前預訂的反成白痴嗎？我兩晚付了5488元，我是付現！我長期跟Booking合作，這就是我的福利嗎？

早餐在B1，空間走道寬敞，當天有輪椅使用者也都沒有阻礙，服務人員也很親切。食物選擇多樣。背包客房的浴廁在房裡，男女各一間。床位備有風扇所以不悶，風扇聲音較大，但外面聽不到（不會吵到其他人），隱密性佳。
