駅近で便利
Pros:

新し目で綺麗。立地もいい。函館朝市や大門横丁など徒歩圏内で便利。

Cons:

周囲が一方通行路で駐車場に入りづらい。浴室、浴槽が小さい。テレビが小さく角度も変わらないので見づらい。エレベーターが来るのが異様に遅い。

朝ごはん付きでコスパ良き！
Pros:

朝ごはんがとても美味でした。
お米の炊き具合バッチリ👌
おかずも丁寧に個人個人お皿に盛ってあって嬉しかったです。ただ「和食？洋食？」をサンプルもなく選ぶスタイルは戸惑いましたけど。

Cons:

浴槽が過去一狭くて閉口。
函館駅に沈む夕陽が他の建物で微妙だった.....泣く😂

午後だけだがコーヒーサービスがあるのは嬉しい

Cons:

フロントが2階にあるのは良いが、エレベーターしかアクセスしていないので時間がかかる
階段使用できるようにしてほしい
製氷機がなかったが、あったら嬉しい

とてもリーズナブルに満足のいくホテルに泊まれました。
Pros:

まずはコスパがとても良いと思いました。部屋もきれいでベッドも大きくとても満足できました。函館駅にも近く買い物や観光などにも便利でした。フロントの人も感じがよく、親切でした。駐車場も使いやすかったです。来年も利用したいと思います。

Cons:

バス・トイレが非常に狭く、身体の大きな人には使いずらいと思います。モノを置くスペースが少ないのですが、ベッドが大きい分仕方がないのかもしれません。

二度と泊まるつもりはない。

駅に近かったこと。

Cons:

フロントスタッフに笑顔が無い。風呂が狭い。テレビの位置が悪い。タオル交換について説明が分かりにくい。ベッドの枕元に棚、コンセント、時計等が何も無く、使い勝手が悪い。
