Wonderful!
Pros:

It was a beautiful old building. Rooms were homely and comfortable. The pool was great. Loved the GM, Denis - he very enthusiastically greeted me morning and night which made me feel like I was at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely chocolates and a hand written card on arrival. I felt very welcome. I’ll be back!

Cons:

It was a little on the tired side but probably added to its charm.

I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

I loved that the pool was nice and warm and that the spa and sauna were nice and hot.
The staff were very helpful.
The building is old (and beautiful), but the room was updated.
The room included everything I needed.

Cons:

Just the TV could be updated to a smart tv, but it was fine.

Pros:

Lovely high ceilings and vintage layout and furniture in the room. Transports you to a period time which was unique. Bathroom was a little small and the bed was far too soft for my preference. Great experience

Great location for Soutbank, South Wharf and Docklands

Great location for a conference at Melbourne Convention centre,

Cons:

A dedicated luggage storage room is required rather than having your luggage stored at the front door.

Pros:

I love everything about this place, second time staying here and I just love it. What makes it extra special is the hand written card.
