Quality and full of charm
Pros:

A charming hotel and as soon as you walk in the front door its description epitomises its wonderful staff. It is a luxury hotel but it’s not pretentious and that’s because the staff are so down to earth and they provide the true charm of this hotel.
The welcome from Vitor was exceptional but each member of staff is so friendly and helpful.
The rooms are incredibly spacious, comfortable and full of splendour. Breakfast is a personal experience, attentive with a wonderful choice. Special mention to Ana and Rune who were always a delight and looked after us each morning.
The location is right at the heart of the old town but is only a 2 minute walk from the taxi drop off.
The rooftop bar seemed spacious but we only had one quick drink and didn’t use the pool but this is a quality hotel in every aspect.

Pros:

I liked everything: clean, comfortable,water in the rooms, excellent hairdryer, lots of towels, excellent gym, pool is nice, though small. Rooftop bar is great.
Location is amazing.
Staff is outstanding, professional and caring, especially German and George.

Lovely city centre hotel .. fine for a couple of days of site seeing and shopping.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a fabulous breakfast and very attentive staff.

Cons:

The hotel lacks outdoor space, I could never find a sunbed to sit outside and reed my book or take a cool plunge in the small rooftop pool. So very disappointed ☹️

One of the best. . :
Pros:

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The rooms and food were as expected, but it was the service that made it one of the better places we’ve stayed. They took the extraordinary and made it even better. Congratulations to the team. Really wonderful.

Très bel hôtel de charme en plein centre historique
Pros:

Hôtel de charme, idéalement situé dans le centre historique.
Chambre et salle de bain propre et spacieuse, au calme sur patio intérieure. Une bouilloire électrique serait un plus.
Toutefois, les petites attentions font la différence.
Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour.
