L'accueil client n'est pas pour tout le monde
Pros:

Un appart hôtel

Cons:

Quand il manque de la vaisselle dans la chambre et qu'on le fait remarquer, la moindre des choses c'est de ne pas être désagréable.
On ne travaille pas à l'accueil si on ne sais pas faire de l'accueil-client.

Heureusement que sa collègue était là, elle a rehaussée le service.

Cons:

Les chambres sont microscopiques, on ne peut même pas ouvrir la valise ailleurs que sur le lit.
La salle de bain pas mieux.
Les murs sont tellement fins que l'on vit avec les voisins.
Hôtel à éviter si vous cherchez le confort et le calme.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait a l extérieur de la ville pour rayonner dans la région avec supermarché accessibles a pieds pour l utilisation de la cuisine
Conception de la chambre avec cuisine optimisée dans un petit espace très fonctionnel
Partie d une cloison de la salle de bain vitrée qui donne plus de lumière dans la chambre
Propre et bon design : couleur, déco, lampes, penderie, rangement...
Personnel agréable

La possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre complètement
Les chambres seules (c est a dire sans cuisine)sont très petites

Preis/Leistung top. Es war sauber und hat alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter wirken etwas desorientiert und wirkten nicht wirklich freundlich. Das Hotel war leer als wir kamen, aber man verweigerte uns aus Prinzip den früheren Check-In - noch nichtmals eine halbe Stunde vorher war möglich.

Personál sympatický,snídaně bohatá,klobouk dolů,co musí zvládat recepční.I přesto byly všechny milé a sympatické

Postele pro 2 dospělé dost malá.Některé dny nebylo moc jídla na výběr,muselo se čekat na doplnění,ale musela to doplňovat recepční,která neustále odbíhala z recepce,měla by dostat posilu. Nedostatek nádobí,hrnku a skleniček

Le petit déjeuner varié

Cons:

L'emplacement bruyant de la chambre au ras de l'accueil, contre la porte anti feu, aucune insonorisation, impossible d'entrouvrir la fenêtre car les clients fument devant.. superficie vraiment étouffante..et pour terminer réservoir de gel douche vide!
