The staff was friendly and informative - great sense of humor! Great room design and bathroom items.
Pros:

As we were in Cleveland to see my husband's ortho md at the Cleveland main campus your location was perfect for both walking and driving!

Cons:

(1) We were hoping to find a restaurant within walking distance but there was only MacDonalds and another fast food place. Suggestion, provide information on area restaurants would be very helpful. (2) Although I found the beds to be very comfortable my husband's back did not.

This is a well run and convenient hotel to Main
Pros:

Convenience to Cleveland Clinic campus was most important. Rooms were clean and fresh with plenty of towels.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have had a few more choices -like cut up fruit and more bread/muffin options.
