I actually thought this was a very comfortable hotel. Our room was vary clean and I liked the provided for products. The lobby was awesome. It offered an array of snacks and drinks, and 24 hour coffee. Their breakfast was inclusive and better than most The staff was nice.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and there was always complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7.
Nobody had a working TV as they would not connect to the internet. Many unhappy guests during our stay.

The customer services. We like ice for our cold drinks. There were no ice buckets. I called the desk, she said, I am sorry we do not have them. We stayed for 2 nights. Early that next morning, she texted me and said, we purchased ice buckets today. Now that is going the extra mile for a customer ! I believe her name was Regan.
Actually they fixed my concern.
The property was very clean and the staff was really nice. I really liked the lobby layout with places to sit and relax. A lot of things to do within 20 minutes of the hotel and less than 30 minutes away from the airport.
The only downsides I had was the left side of the tv screen was blacked out and the lighting around the bed area could be a little brighter. We were still able to watch the World Cup games so I can’t be too upset!

The afternoon/evening desk attendant very very rude told a costumer in front of us that the room they was already in with there stuff wasnt in there system and didnt exsist the lady was confused because clearly she just walked out of the room and he told her she can check out and go somewhere else if she wanted to...the one elevator was very sketchy....not enough space for clothes and personal items no microwave in room....the power went out in half the room where the lamps and clock was plugged in I couldnt get ahold of anyone by phone at the front desk with multiple attempts and I didnt want to deal with the desk clerk who had a attitude power didnt end up coming back on till 3am our last night there....maybe could use more staff in evenings
The breakfast selection was very delicious.
