Convenience to Cleveland Clinic campus was most important. Rooms were clean and fresh with plenty of towels.
The breakfast buffet could have had a few more choices -like cut up fruit and more bread/muffin options.
Location to Agora Theater, within walking distance.
Building starting to show age, room had a few things needing attention.
Location. Basic breakfast with breads, yogurt, cereal, waffles, fruit. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Parking lot out back but open access so bring your gear inside. Beds are OK. Basic budget stay if not high season/event rates.
Been staying at this hotel at least 12+ over 5 years but this was last booking. There are always repairs that need to be made, coffee that is out, reservation that can't be found etc. This trip...Exterior trash at entry door was overflowing. Waited for desk clerk to complete staff training for check in and complete a complex check out 15+ min. The hallway carpets on every floor have been stained and filthy for years which is always a bit of a downer heading to your room. Shower and bathroom were clean but green mold in shower door sweep and hair dryer that needs to be replaced. On other trips we've had our pre-paid room given away when arrival was delayed to 9pm. Frequently room type we booked was no longer available. Noisy school groups running in the halls, leaving trash in the public areas at certain times of year. etc. etc. There is always something. Location is no longer that important and less value proposition with higher rates.

The storm knocked out the electricity for over 5 hours. Then some of the electricity went out in the room the next morning.

The lock on the door didn't work
The tv didn't work. The air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off. Then they gave us a different room where the room darkening shade was missing. For a Hilton i was disappointed.

It was a great location to Cleveland Clinic where we had a very early appointment. We live out of town and didn’t want to drive in during early morning hours.
