I absolutely would come back to Lititz and stay at the Wilbur
Pros:

The location was perfect. Everything was clean and it really smelled wonderful

Cons:

I wish the pillows were better on the beds

Incredible restaurant, lovely hotel and beautiful town.
Pros:

We only had one night here unfortunately so it was a bit of a rush. The restaurant on site was incredible for dinner.

Cons:

We were unable to take our coffee into the hotel restaurant even though it was from the hotel lobby which felt a bit odd especially as none is provided in the room.

Would likely stay there again, especially if the shower timer is off
Pros:

A really awesome package of location, ambience, cleanliness, comfort and condition. Within walking distance of downtown. Really excellent steakhouse collocated with the hotel.

Cons:

The showers automatically shut off after five minutes which was extremely annoying, especially since it wasn’t published anywhere or emphasized. Really annoying.

Nice place but probably will stay somewhere else next year

Was close to the event we were going to
The staff was very friendly

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable
Needs a chair to sit in other than the one that was at the desk
No microwave

Other thN the few issues mentiined above the stay was good.

Cons:

We had a few issues being woke by a fire alarm that as soon as we got out of bed shut off and the water shut off in the middle of my husband’s shower other than those inconveniences the property and stay were good.

Pros:

Beautifully decorated building and rooms with a quiet yet sophisticated deaign, a boutique hotel ambiance. The beds very comfortable, the linen spotless clean, the soap-lotion very good and elegant quality... What can one say ither then highly recommend place to stay in the region!

Loved everything but front-desk employees
Pros:

I loved all the little touches: the piped-in chocolate, the chocolate coins in our room, the robes/slippers and the history of the building itself.

Cons:

I didn't particularly like the late afternoon front desk employee or the next morning front desk staff. The female employee that checked us in was short, seemingly stressed out and uninviting. The morning front desk person was non-existent. We waited more than 10 minutes to check out and no one ever came to the front desk. We saw the front desk person come out of another office and walk right by us without a single acknowledgement that we were waiting. We left without officially checking out.
