Lication
Not as clean as it could be. For example, there were crumbs in the pull out couch/bed
Hot breakfast was good (but stuff ran out like bread), sheets were clean
Sticky floors by gym and in elevator, dirty gym with trash. Pool broken. Trash outside over flowing
Not clean bathroom didn’t flush correctly front desk was unpleasant
I appreciate the location of the hotel because it has easy access to the interstate. The complimentary breakfast was good.
I’ve stayed before in the past and never had issues with cleanliness. However, this time, I was disappointed. I found five bugs in my hotel room. There was a strong musty smell. The room hadn’t appeared to be cleaned very well. The walls seemed to be very thin because I could hear the conversation the room next to me was having. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay. Moving forward, I’ll probably look at other hotel options
Laminate flooring and hot breakfast
Hot tub and pool dirty
Easy to get to, staff were extremely friendly. We left something expensive in the room and they saved it. (Though I did leave a bunch of shoes in the closet I forgot about :( ) the breakfast was good.
The pool area floor was very dirty, it also was excessively hot in there. The back door to the pool is either broken or just always locked from outside. But appreciated the pool and hot tub.
Room smelled like smoke and breakfast options were poor
I enjoyed breakfast. There were plenty of options, and the food was tasty. The room was clean and things were easy to find. The coffee was hot with plenty of options.
I would prefer and earlier breakfast on weekends. 7 am is later than what I expected.
One night was noisy because the people above us were thumping around and made it hard to get to sleep.
The Country Inn was comfortable, accessible to several events in the Twin Cities and it was a cozy stay. The continental breakfast was filling. The pool was clean and fun.
The parking near the hotel fills up quickly, so we had to park further away.
Nothing
The terrible horrible ownership. Staff. My vehicle was broken into windows busted out. Others experience the same thing. I was denied service after that.
Nothing! Will not go back.
Lady on the front desk was the only good thing!
Cleanliness and location.
It was convenient.
The amount of chlorine in the pool area was so bad, it burned our eyes. Rooms were not very clean and everything was out of order.
The pool & breakfast
Some room smell old
