Some room smell old

The staff wasn't friendly, I had to say hello first. I wasn't greeted when I arrived. I also said thank you and I didn't receive a "You're welcome", so I didn't say anything to the female that worked during my stay. There weren't any waffles available like some of the reviews noted or non pork products for breakfast, so I didn't eat at the hotel. The carpet had stains on it as well as the pillows on the couch. I didn't like that housekeeping doesn't clean the room everyday. I had to buy a small bottle of bathroom cleaner to clean out the tub after my husband and I showered.

Both days we were there, there was a strong scent of Marijuana . First night I complained and were moved to another room, second morning depart day when leaving and coming out to corridor a strong odor of marijuana was once again very noticeable.
The suite with King and sofa was uncomfortable due to AC not maintaining an even or comfortable temperature. It blasted cold then warmed up, blasted cold all night. Tv in front room did not work. Both nights were uncomfortable.
I won’t stay there again.

The room was not cleaned daily. sometimes for 3 days, i have to chase the cleaners in the hallway, and when they come in they only change the towels and clean bathroom. my sheets was only changed once during my stay only when i demanded it. Also the phone doesn't work, and i complained the very first day, but until the day i left it was not fixed. so i have to go down each time, i need toilet paper, or room cleaning. the building was used for locals, so care is not taken for tourist at all.

Night staff man asking what our room number was as we sat downstairs on the sofa by the fire place. He said because sometime homeless people try to come in and sit.. 😲 I guess he was saying we looked homeless.

The cleanliness and quality of the accommodations were poor.

The first room I was in had a sink and shower/tub that wouldn’t drain. I moved to a different room with functioning drains. However, there was a used dirty washcloth in the shower, significant staining/soiling on the bed skirt and a torn window curtain. It gave me no confidence that anything had been cleaned.

The hotel room was dirty, pubic hair in the shower, stains on the sheets and lamp shades as well. AC didn't work but realized the GFI just needed reset, then the AC started blowing chunks of dust out. Not mention how terrible the bed and pillows are. Way over priced what you're actually getting.

Nothing

I hate everything about this place. My vehicle and 20 others were vandalized and broken into in the parking lot of this hotel. They were mad at us guest because that happened. Terrible place. They said they will not rent to me. I believe because I advocated for myself.

Rooms could have been cleaned better

Very bad. Everyone car got smashed into including mine and the hotel did nothing

My kids couldn’t swim both days . I got the hotel so they could swim specifically . It was for a birthday party for my son and I spent over 500 for the stay. The pool was so full of chlorine that the kids were coughing , people was throwing up and eyes burning from the chlorine .
