Staff really kind and good location

Cons:

Room very molded, no window, AC was not working wnd worse than that, the flush was not working.
After complaning they moved us to another room for one night then back to the same room the night after because new guests were coming. Once we were back, they put a portable AC in the room that required us to sleep with the door open as it needed ventilation out, and there was no window.
So we slept with the door open, a noisy AC and manh bugs/mosquitos as they were coming in. Besides the mold. Room was also very small there was just the bed, nowhere to put our luggages

Très bel endroit mais visiter la chambre avant de vous décider. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas le bon en haute saison

Décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
Le bâtiment ancien et idéalement situé contribue à un sentiment d’authenticité et de quiétude.
L’accueil du personnel est digne d’une grande maison.

Cons:

Certains équipements sont à revoir (robinetterie, peintures : humidité, joints salle de bain, cuvette des toilettes…)
L’insonorisation dans notre chambre laissait à désirer (travaux dans l’immeuble mitoyen), l’hôtel nous a toutefois proposé de changer de chambre après la première nuit, mais nous y avons renoncé.

Chambre N⁰1 pas à la hauteur des prétentions et du tarif, les avis ultra prometteurs sont irréalistes au regard d'une chambre petite et surtout la salle de bains hors d'âge en terme de confort pas de rangement possible pour poser une trousse de toilettes ni accrocher un vêtement, une robinetterie usée et une douche qui vous transforme la pièce en piscine avec toutes vos affaires mouillées, et une chambre où vous ne pouvez sécher un maillot de bains qui reste humide 2 jours , la chambre au RDC ne permet pas une ouverture pour aérer la pièce qui maintient une odeur d'humidité bref inconfortable

Clean well located in the heart of the town

Amazing location right in the heart of the centre. All the staff where Amazing and friendly

Everything was lovely I wish they would take the cover off the terrance so you could sunbathe up there :)

Buona esperienza, con una quotazione più bassa sarebbe stato in linea delle aspettative.
Pros:

Ottima posizione. Edificio molto curato.

Cons:

Piscina non perfettamente manutenuta, la colazione non particolarmente ricca e i servizi di reception non puntualissimi. Ottimo come suites ma molto lontano dal concetto di ospitalità di alto livello. Probabilmente ho mal interpretato la descrizione dello stesso.

Pros:

Au coeur de la ville dans une rue calme - la piscine en ville est clairement un plu surtout du fait de la chaleur - très élégament décoré et le personnel dévoué, serviable, gentil et agréable

Cons:

La panne de climatisation lors de notre première nuit !

Pros:

L établissement est joli Très design et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était super avec plein de produit locaux.
La piscine est atypique mais joli et très agréable pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite et il y a même un toboggan!
