Bad service. I booked 2 rooms for my sister and aunties for their quick visit to Olongapo and they only provided them with 1 room. I asked for a refund but they never responded.

The service of the staff is ok. They are courteous, and there is free drinking water available on the 2 floors accessible to guests. You just have to bring your own tumbler. Towels, and hygiene kit (soap, toothbrush and toothpaste) were provided.
Big cockroaches are roaming in the CR. I killed 3—the sink leaks on the floor underneath the crevices of the tiles. I asked for slippers, but the staff said that they do not provide. The pillow provided to me at the 2 extra beds I used seems to have a used smell, yung parang amoy pawis ng buhok or ulo. Nagbilin naman ako na mag-make sure bago ang sheets. Nag-yes naman ang staff. But since pagod na and puyat from the wake, itinulog ko nalang without unan. Also, 2 AM onwards, may mga nadinig kaming mga katok. Not sure kung kabilang rooms, pakiramdam namin ng kapatid ko ay sa mismong pinto namin kumakatok. Kaya di kami at peace ng 2nd night. Early morning check out na kami, instead na 1 pm pa.
Close to the American legion, and good staff
The rooms are old and not very secure, but appeared to be safe and we would stay here again, just don't leave any important possessions in the room, just in case.

The rooms are like dormitory capsules inside a large shell. Walls and ceilings are thin wood. It's tired, old, and needs renovation. No bugs though
