Perfect stay in Freiburg, great hotel in the best location.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and good facilities, clean and lovely breakfast. Accommodated late arrival effectively. Travel pass was an added bonus.

Nice location 15 min walk from the train station. Small room but clean . Very friendly staff.

Pleasant room close to the centre of town
Staff were excellent.

Cons:

I only banged my head on the sloping roof once. Would have been good to have a mug to put my hit water in and as I wasn't in the actual hotel I was lazy not asking for one.

Pros:

Lage mitten in der Altstadt, Frühstück megalecker, sehr freundliche und auskunftsfreudige Rezeptionisten, gratis Kaffee und Wasser über den ganzen Tag - gerne wieder !

Cons:

Frühstückskraft war leider nicht kommunikativ - hat die Gäste nicht informiert als die Kaffeemaschine teilweise nicht mehr funktionierte - schade!

Beste Lage und freundlicher Service zum fairen Preis.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang, geschmackvolle und praktische Ausstattung, günstige Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus nebenan mit Ladesäulen für E-Autos.

Cons:

Die Waschtischarmatur war unpraktisch.

Loved our stay and will stay here again when we return.
Pros:

Cute, clean and comfortable. Entire staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Need actual king or queen size beds rather then just pushing two twin beds together.
