Will never stay there again!
Pros:

The only positive about the establishment is its location. It felt like a tourist trap.
The walls of the rooms are thin; you can hear toilets flushing. The bathroom is one of the smallest I’ve ever witnessed. Italy doesn’t have criteria, by the looks of it, because the bathroom size isn't legal!!
Will I stay there again? Not a chance! Absolutely zero value for money. They are busy because of their location, so the staff doesn’t really care what you think!

Fabulous
Pros:

Staff were excellent, accommodating, thoughtful, helpful and proactively looking after each guest as an individual. I have stopped at literally hundreds of hotels and never encountered better service throughout the hotel.

Cons:

Rooms are not the biggest in terms of space but we were a 3 sharing; the room though was fab and excellently stocked
