Très idéalement situé au centre de Florence un personnel à l’écoute et un établissement très agréable

L’emplacement en plein centre de Florence, cet hôtel est l’endroit où pose ces valises pour quelques jours à Florence. Les chambres même sur rue sont très calme grâce a une isolation exceptionnelle des fenêtres. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnelle. Je recommande fortement.

Nice location, good value for money, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast spread for us [as Muslims]. Really adds value to our first visit to this stunning city.

The hotel was beyond expectations. We had a grea experience here.We definitely would stay here again

The hotel was very clean and well presented. We were very happy with the staff, breakfast and the location.

Cons:

If I could say one negative it would be that the lobby was very small and this applied because the hotel was very busy at times but this didn’t change our experience.

Hotel tranquilo, bien gestionado, ubicación excelente
Pros:

Personal muy agradable y servicial. Desayuno abundante y variado. Camas muy cómodas, habitación de tamaño adecuado con todo lo necesario. Ubicación excelente, en una calle peatonal en todo el centro de Florencia, a dos minutos andando de la catedral y del palazzo Vecchio, y a 5 minutos andando del ponte vecchio. Muchas tiendas, restaurantes, bares, heladerías, justo al lado. A pesar de que la calle está siempre llena de gente, la habitacion es tranquila y silenciosa. Aunque es una calle peatonal los taxis pueden entrar y dejarnos en la puerta. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Cons:

La mampara de la bañera es muy corta, es difícil no mojarlo todo cuando te duchas. La nevera no enfría mucho.
