A great option in the heart of Florence.
Pros:

We loved the location a the guest rooms were very nice.

Cons:

The lobby was extremely small. The check out process was not up to 4 star serve. Certainly still very good, but just not super warm and inviting.

Pros:

Quiet, elegant hotel a block from the Duomo and Piazza Signoria! In the heart of Florence, but apart from all the craziness of the crowds! Arrived late, but met by friendly & helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with attentive staff. Perfect place to stay in this beautiful city!

Acomodação simplesmente perfeita. Local espaçoso, bem localizado. O Andrea, responsável pela acomodação, muito solícito
Pros:

Localização perfeita, próximo ao Duomo e Galeria Vittorio Emanuele, menos de 2 minutos da estação de metrô Duomo.

Cons:

Falta espelho de corpo inteiro, já prometido pelo responsável pelo espaço.

Pros:

كل شيء. الغرفة مريحة ونظيفة وفيها كل شيء. الفطور حلو والاخت التونسية خدمتنا من قلبها. موظفي الاستقبال قمة في اللطافة وموقع الفندق بطل وسط شارع التسوق والمطاعم وجنب الدومو.

Visitar Duomo en Florencia.
Pros:

Está a un paso del Duomo, a un paso de todo lo que queríamos visitar. La habitación está muy bien ,con todos los amenities y agua de cortesía. El desayuno completo. Las habitaciones limpias y cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

No tienen aparcamiento, trabajan con un garaje de la zona, se llevan el coche y no te informan dónde está , como se llama el garaje, no facilitan información. Cuando pedimos información recibimos muchas evasivas y las respuestas eran ambiguas. Opino que deben informar antes de llegar y puedas decidir si llegas con coche o tomas otro medio de transporte.
