Pros:

位置超級棒,去到各處景點都很方便. 人員服務也很親切,能夠處理好所提的需求.

Cons:

所入住房間的浴室偏小, 浴缸的防潑水玻璃門的尺寸也做太小, 水容易濺出弄濕地板. 淋浴用的水龍頭似乎應該要更換,因為出水量不大且冷熱溫度無法固定,對女性而言很難洗頭.

Konum kahvaltı güzel. Ama yinede tekrar gelirsem bu oteli tercih etmem.

Cons:

Odaların ses izolasyonu aşırı kötü yan alt üst odalar wc sifonlarını sanki sizin odanızda çekiyor öyle bir gürültü var. Oda soğuk klima hiç bir şekilde ısıtamıyor ama yinede 23C ye çıkabiliyor. Wc duş aşırı küçük hareket etmek çok çok zor.

Superior customer service!!!
Pros:

The property was in the heart of the Florence with many sites within easy walking distance.

The room was clean and comfortable and our stay included a delicious breakfast each morning.

The customer service at this hotel was OUTSTANDING!!! Each desk representative was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to offer answers to every question asked and every service needed. Laura was a standout!! The hospitality staff was also friendly, helpful, gracious, and unobtrusive. We could not it have asked for better customer service!

Our experience in Florence was enhanced by the wonderful management and staff at this hotel and we highly recommend this facility.
