Staff were excellent, accommodating, thoughtful, helpful and proactively looking after each guest as an individual. I have stopped at literally hundreds of hotels and never encountered better service throughout the hotel.
Rooms are not the biggest in terms of space but we were a 3 sharing; the room though was fab and excellently stocked

Great location and the absolute best staff. Hotel was clean and modern and comes with breakfast. Loved where it was at and the room was quite even when centrally located
Has no gym and no pool but is common in a city center
Posizione eccellente e costo adeguato per l’altissima stagione, personale efficiente e gentile, ho avuto un cambio camera per un imprevisto e devo dire che le camera 206 è molto bella. C’è una ottima assistenza per i bagagli e di tutto il personale delle camere.
Essendo un 4 stelle, si potrebbe migliorare il design, home staging della grande sala colazioni. Inoltre consiglio di allungare di mezz’ora l’orario della colazione al mattino. ( chiusura alle 10) Sono arrivata alle 10.15 e era già stato portato via tutto! Fortunatamente il cameriere gentilissimo mi ha servito ugualmente la colazione( ottima)….. ma l’ambiente era vuoto e un po’ triste.

amazing hotel - beautifully renovated and perfect breakfast buffet in the morning. the location is supreme and our dog was treated like royalty. valet parking available. this truly felt like a 5 star experience - thanks to all the lovely people that work there as well!

Good location. Comfortable rooms.
After a long day of travel we got to our room which was extremely warm. I checked the thermostat and it was set to 30°C (86°F)! I couldn’t turn it colder. The phone didn’t work ether. I immediately went downstairs to let the front desk know. When I returned a couple of hours later the front desk guy blamed me for hitting the button. I had no idea what he was talking about as I didn’t hit any button. I tried to explain that but he raised his voice and kept blaming me.
As I was with my family I just walked away. Turns out there is a button in the wall ACROSS from the thermostat that turns the power off to the whole room. He could have explained that instead of getting angry at me. Clearly the cleaning staff turned the power off and set the temperature to 30°C.
Lo mejor ha sido la ubicación. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda y la limpieza excepcional. El personal muy atento y la temperatura buenísima. La cama muy cómoda. Tenía hasta sofá la habitación. Todo muy bien.
El restaurante que nos recomendaron para comer no nos gustó nada. Era muy caro y nada del otro mundo.
Por ponerle alguna pega el desayuno no estaba mal pero le faltaba algo más de variedad y más variedades de pan. Además pedí una habitación con vistas y la que nos dieron no las tenía pero es cierto que nos la cambiaron por la familiar que es más grande y mejor!
Las instalaciones del hotel son confortables y la ubicación es perfecta muy céntrica . El personal es muy amable.
