場所はとても良く、和歌山へ、空港へ、それとも市内の地下鉄にもとても便利。アパホテルらしいデザインもおもしろい。例えば壁に付く棚は、狭そうに見えるけど、ケトルも飲み物もちゃんと置ける。

Cons:

埃が多すぎます。夜中の電灯に虫のように見えるくらい多くの埃が机の奥の方を覆っている。
あとは、アメニティが少なかった。わりと上品な歯ブラシなどがあるのにローションや（専門の）洗顔料が無かった。
