Rooms very clean.

Where it was located. The employees were nice.
Our stay was disappointing. The pool was dirty and had cigarette butts in it. There were roaches in our room. I asked several employees for more towels and toilet paper, but never got them until I found a housekeeper the next day.
The breakfast room was too small, they were out of several items, and the pancake machine was broken. The air conditioner in our first room also didn't work, so we had to switch rooms the next day.

The parking kind of sucked
The housekeeping was exceptional and the location was very convenient.
The breakfast was very limited and not good. The checking in process took much longer than expected as the whole lobby was crowded and only person was working.
The proximity to the beach and Coligny Plaza was very convenient.
The lack of air conditioning in the elevators. The pool was a nice amenity but, without regular cleaning of debris from trees and such on the concrete around the pool, the water was constantly full of leaves, bugs, etc. I took the initiative multiple times to use the skimmer to try and clean the pool.

It was dated, hot hallways, small pool, and cramped rooms.
The bed was comfortable
We could not get our room cooled down enough to get comfortable. The bathroom was so small with not exhaust fan...so when you got out of the shower it was so hot a steamy in the bathroom you immediately began to sweat. The pool was gross. Had stuff floating in the water.. there were swarms of mosquitoes around the pool area...because of standing water in a tote next to the pool. They also charge you a daily rate to park...so go ahead and add 10 dollars a night to the price.
It was 7 minute walk to the beach or you can grab a trolley
Not including the parking fee per day when booking, not enough parking for anyone. Had to drive around the building 4 times then finally went inside and they had to finally let me park in between 2 trees, after being charged for parking that I didn’t even really use. There was pooling of water on our floor and the laundry room floor was soaked with water. The hallways was extremely hot.

Breakfast was ok. Room was air conditioned, comfortable temperature.
Room wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom floor looked dirty I was afraid to walk barefoot. One wash cloth looked like it had dried boogers on it. It didn’t smell fresh and clean.

Gal at front desk was so nice and friendly. Pool was fantastic. Location was awesome. Manager came into breakfast one morning to thank all the guests for choosing his hotel. That was amazing! Would absolutely stay again.
