In general we were disappointed with our stay we waited a long time for this vacation and disappointed by their room!
Pros:

It was close to the beach and shops

Cons:

There was super low water pressure and no hot water! Also bugs in room! We changed to a different room that was better.

Incredible stay!
Pros:

Everyone was exceptionally friendly! The hotel room was clean and comfortable (with the exception that it was fairly smaller than I pictured based on images online for a family of 6, otherwise it was amazing! I still give it a 10/10!

At one point when returning to the room, there was a roach crawling up the outside of our door...GROSS

Great location. Decent breakfast. Nice pool. Quiet times , which was nice. 12 minute walk to beach. 2 minute drive to public beach parking. Lots of shopping nearby. Underground parking available

Where it was located. The employees were nice.

Cons:

Our stay was disappointing. The pool was dirty and had cigarette butts in it. There were roaches in our room. I asked several employees for more towels and toilet paper, but never got them until I found a housekeeper the next day.
The breakfast room was too small, they were out of several items, and the pancake machine was broken. The air conditioner in our first room also didn't work, so we had to switch rooms the next day.
