Tudo muito bom.
Nada a reclamar.
We were happy with the room and the bed was very big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and they were happy to provide a takeaway breakfast on our last morning as we needed to be at the airport early. It was a 5 min walk to the metro station and then 15mins on a train to the centre of Lisbon. There were restaurants in the area to eat.
It was bit far from the centre.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit Balkon. Lage perfekt, direkt an der Metro gelegen sowie in 5 Minuten im Park Eduardo Vll.
Konumu çok iyi. Metro ve alışveriş yerlerine çok yakın. Odalar çok geniş, rahat ve balkonlu. Banyo temiz. Kahvaltısı güzel.
Kahvaltı salonunda çalışanlar nezaketsiz ve asık suratlı, müşteri iletişimleri zayıf, iki kadın müşteri ellerinde bir meyve iki kurabiye ile çıkarken peşinden koşarak herkesin içinde azarlar şekilde uyararak aldıklarını bırakmalarını istediler. Bir ısırık alıp çok daha fazlasını masada bırakabilirlerdi. Böyle bir otel kuralı ve müşteri iletişimsizliğini hiçbir yerde görmedik.

There was a noticeable smell in the room, possibly dampness, which remained despite being reported.
