Amazing stay with family with kids!
Pros:

The hotel is in the heart of downtown, easy access to most places by walking distance. SPA amenities were great! Kids enjoyed swimming pools, I even tried out the sauna, it was great.
All staff were very friendly and professional.
They put us in room with an amazing view from the CN tower.

Cons:

I didn’t like the wasn’t fridge/microwave in the room.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel mit optimaler Lage für eine umfangreiche Stadtbesichtigung.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang im Hotel, optimale Lage und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Grosses Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel.

Cons:

Das Parking ist relativ teuer und kann nicht direkt beim Hotel beglichen werden.

Great Stay Overall and I will definitely return and recommend 💯
Pros:

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the facilities were great. The staff truly made our stay special! John and Joana at breakfast were warm, friendly, and hospitable. Joana, in particular made delicious omelets! Mark and Alexander at the reception and checkout desk were equally welcoming and professional.

The service was exceptional and the entire team deserves a 100% rating for their hospitality and dedication. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one! I will definitely recommend 💯💯

Cons:

The property was great overall, but I recommend management should ensure that their terms and policies are clearly communicated to booking platforms such as Booking.com to avoid misunderstandings and unpleasant surprises at check-in.

I had a rather unpleasant experience at check-in regarding breakfast arrangements for my children. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the initial experience was disappointing and could have been avoided with clearer communication between the property and the booking platform.

Amazing long stay for work....2 weeks. Went away to and returned for 1 night stay before flying off.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Superb location. Exceptional customer service from front desk staff - Michele (Azure), Zara, Yavislav and that lovely lady....unsure of name, starts with A.

We would stay here again.
Pros:

Very good location. Close to Union Station and walking distance to a concert. Front staff was very helpful in finding us a room with 2 beds!
