The new property is well built, and the staff are incredibly friendly and kind!
They take headcount for children staying in your room too seriously. They’re one of the few hotels we stayed at that forced us to pay additional for our four-year-old to sleep in the same bed with us. Same room same everything just made us pay.

Het is extreem proper , de staff is altijd bezig met het poetsen. Het poetspersoneel van de kamers is subliem. Het hotel was ook heel mooi en verzorgd.
De medewerkers aan de balie waren super vriendelijk en bezorgen je een onvergetelijke vakantie.
Ook het zwembad boven is top en er zijn mooie stranden in de buurt.
Restaurants genoeg in de buurt van het hotel zodat je iedere avond genoeg keuze hebt.
Privé parkeren gratis en er was altijd voldoende plaats.

Hotel was well located at the quieter end of Sarande, spotlessly clean, breakfast very good.

We got a double room with sea view on the 4th floor. The room was huge and modern! It was immaculately clean and a small, yet impactful, detail were the towels. They smelled fresh and wre super fluffy and I got an extra make up towel included as standard, they also had separate towels for the pool that you could borrow free of charge.
They have an underground car park and they'll park the car for you upon arrival. Overall the staff were very attentative and friendly and helped out whenever we needed something.
The area is quiet during the night and the pool area upstairs was also very quiet, which we preferred. You could order drinks and a waiter would come upstairs and bring them to you. The breakfast was small but fresh and delicious. For the two of us we had plenty of choice! It is really close to a lot of shops, restaurants and other amenities like a bus stop to Ksamil. The restaurant across the road from the entrance to the hotel was outstanding, delicious food, friendly staff and a lovely sea view. All in all, a great place to stay in Saranda.
The only negative thing is that you have to walk quite a bit to get to the centre of Seranda. I usually love walking so I didn't mind that fact when I booked it, but the streets of Seranda are not exactly pedestrian friendly and the walk wasn't particularly nice. That is not the hotels fault though and I wouldn't have wanted to stay closer to the Promenade as it was quite noisy in the evening. But the hotel itself and the staff working there have no negatives for us!

We hadden een super fijn balkon met uitzicht op zee! Er was altijd zon of schaduw te vinden op het balkon.
Heerlijke badkamer en een goed bed.
Parkeergarage onder het hotel is ook erg prettig.
We verbleven 6 dagen in dit hotel, daarvoor was het ontbijt niet afwisselend genoeg.
Wat er lag was heerlijk, maar wat afwisseling is fijn als je ergens wat langer zit.

The views were amazing and the staff were very attentive
Only some small things- bottled water and toilet paper seemed to be missed in the morning when being cleaned, but when we asked reception they were very helpful and dropped them up to our room quickly
Location is amazing, there’s plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were very attentive, Claudia in reception was very friendly and helpful.
First time visiting Albania and we will 100% be back!
