Pros:

Personal muy atento a las necesidades de los clientes, ubicacion estratégica para negocios, y respeto a las reservas, ME GUSTÓ.

Cons:

Mejorar instalación de baño, específicamente cortina con presencia de óxido y rotura.

Le personnel est très sympathique

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et nous n'avons pas été prévenus.
Rideau de douche trop court, de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain qui ne sèche jamais.
Dégâts des eaux dans la salle de bain (faience tombées, traces d'humidité partout,...)

Cons:

Yo reserve una habitación con cama doble o matrimonial, y no fue lo que recibí. Fueron 2 camas pequeñas unidas y super incómoda para dormir en pareja, prácticamente dormimos separados. Decía ducha y no había agua caliente, cuando se consulto que hace días estaba dañada, no informaron eso en la reserva

Nothing like the pictures!

The location was the only thing good about it. And 2 staff members Charik and Diana that were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

This hotel is run down and old, it looks nothing like the pictures. I mainly didn’t like the manager attitude he was not helpful or nice. The guy was like a painting in the wall, he had the nerve to ask for the key rudely saying “not even a goodbye did we treat you that bad” when we were leaving but did not help in anyway with our bags. The beds were too hard and not comfortable. Paid $62 a night but is worth more like $35.

Room was nice and comfortable, good price

Cons:

We didn’t like the area, felt very unsafe and full of addicts. We booked a twin room and when we arrived the lady didn’t want to give us a twin room first, she said only a double room was available. Eventually she gave it to us.
