Great location, spacious suites.
Pros:

Concierge was excellent, location is prime in a ready neighbourhood and extremely close to monastiraki square.
Room very spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK but variety could be improved.

Stay was not as expected amenities were dirty however location was great
Pros:

Location was very convenient close to the metro and walking distance to most tourist attractions.

Cons:

the rooms was dirty, linen had hair and marks did not look like it had been changed at all. The kettle and tea/coffee station was dusty, fridge had an odd smell but the kicker was the shower water drainage, which was pooling as you shower to at least ankle level.

The room could do with some painting, and cleaning marks on the door of the bathroom and the cupboards, the rooms have a smell! And the full bedding should be change if we request a cleaning of the room! We requested the cleaning of the room twice in our 5 days stay! As the first time we requested it, the bedding was not changed in the second request either!
The room is not soundproof as it mentioned on the site! We could hear everything from the outside and inside the hotel! Great for young and party people, but not if you want to have a restful night sleep!

There are hotels, and then there is the Pallada Athens! From the moment we arrived, the incredible staff made us feel completely at home. A huge thank you for such a warm welcome! Our room was very spacious, truly spacious, which made all the difference traveling with our 1-year-old son. The breakfast was simply perfect, and the hotel is ideally located, just steps away from everything. We also really appreciated the staff's recommendations, which made exploring the city so much easier. We highly recommend it! Alexandre, Joyce & Mickaël

- bagno spazioso, doccia molto bella e piacevole

Cons:

- assenza di ascensore. Non è proprio comodo fare quella rampa di scale con un bagaglio pesante;
- colazione da rivedere. La sala della colazione presenta un forte odore di cucinato nell’aria e anche prima di accedere alla sala, quindi anche nel vano scale per accedervi;
- il bar di fronte ha la musica accesa fino ad una certa ora, dopo di che si sentono comunque rumore di strada durante tutta la notte

The property doesn’t have private parking. However, there is a nearby parking garage that is reasonably priced and very convenient.
