El hotel está muy cómodo , muy bonito , el personal muy amable , la cama muy cómoda, el agua caliente funciona al 100 , es sencillo pero cumplidor

Cons:

El único gran detalle de este hotel es la zona en la que está ubicada , está horrible, de miedo , no debes salir para nada en la noche por ahí , lleno de drogadictos ,y gente que se ve horrible, si te hospedas aquí asegúrate de solo salir mediante Uber y no tardar mucho tiempo afuera del hotel

Que el que esta en recepción en la noche discrimina los colombianos y aparte te apaga el ascensor para que no baje las maletas la verdad que mala persona es por que me quede con mis dos hijos y aparte me toco bajar las maletas por las escaleras

La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro de la ciudad, el restaurante con buen servicio pero muy lento

Cons:

Me cambiaron de habitacion por qué la primera tenia fallas en la taza de wc y estaba tirando agua constantemente, la cama espaciosa, pero demasiado duro el colchón

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, la habitación estaba bien todo muy limpio, la cama era cómoda, nos tocó en el tercer piso pero tiene elevador lo cual lo hace muy cómodo. Llegamos un poco antes del check in por suerte tenían habitaciones disponibles y la recepcionista muy amable nos permitió ingresar antes.

Cons:

Tiene algunos detalles mínimos como que las llaves del lavabo y regadera gotean pero no es algo que perturbe la comodidad sin embargo es algo que podrían dar solución de reportarlo con mantenimiento y evitar desperdiciar agua
