Если бы не эта девушка на ресепшене , то вернулась бы еще .

Хороший номер , близость к пляжу , завтрак приемлемый . Парень , который работает на ресепшене очень добрый и приветливый и второй в ресторане тоже профи .

Девушка , которая работает на ресепшене . За 4 ночи в этом отеле 3 раза она показала непрофессионализм : 1 раз она потребовала залог за полотенца (2000лек ), мы даем 5000 она говорит нет сдачи , мол я все оставляю …. Ну как бы мы рассчитывали на деньги и в любом другом отеле сказали бы , что ок принесите залог позже . Второй раз муж пошел к ней т к у нас не работал сейф , она на него так посмотрела и отмахнулась сказав « все работает , прочитайте инструкцию и введите код », муж пришел , но сейф не работал , пошел второй раз , только после этого она соизволила прийти , сама там ковырялась больше 10 мин и о чудо сейф таки не работал . Сделала из нас идиотов , вместо того , чтобы прийти и проверить или показать гостям . В итоге поменяли нам сейф и отняли около 30 мин нашего времени . Неприятно .

Un excellent séjour
Pros:

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel idéalement situé, en retrait du bruit des beach clubs et restaurants de Ksamil mais proche de la zone la plus touristique (environ 15min à pieds).
L'hôtel est également très proche des plus jolies plages de Ksamil, et fournit des serviettes de plage.

L'établissement était très moderne, propre, et possède son propre parking privé.
La chambre était très bien équipée, très spacieuse et très calme.
Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet était très bien.

Le personnel était vraiment adorable. Il y a eu un gros orage le dernier soir qui a duré plusieurs heures, et on nous a permis de commander puis de manger sur la véranda de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé que les lits n'étaient pas très confortables car nous avions des courbatures le matin, mais rien d'insurmontable !

Odlična lokacija: plaže Lori, Patadise in Blue Diamond oddaljene 5 - 10 minut hoje, mesto s številnimi restavracijami 20 minut peš. Osebje zelo prijazno. Zajtrk običajna ponudba: jajca, salame, širi, sadje, jogurti, pecivo,... Vsega vedno dovolj, tudi zadnje pol ure pred koncem še vse na voljo. Na voljo parking.

Cons:

Iz plaže so hotela je rahel vzpon približno 200 metrov.
