Cons:

⚠️⚠️ Hotel sale j’ai dû appeler la réception pour qu’il vienne constater que le canapé était plein de boue.
La femme de ménage était montée sur le tabouret, il y avait encore l les traces de ces semelles.
Nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d’à côté.
La dame de l’accueil n’est pas aimable du tout.
Ils ne font aucun effort.
Le petit déjeuner est juste écœurant il nous propose deux sortes de marbré congelés.
Quelques fruits qui se battent duel et ça pendant six jours.
Il n’y a pas assez de place de parking, nous sommes obligés de donner la clé à la réception pour qu’il déplace notre voiture au cas où on bloque quelqu’un.
Je déconseille cet hôtel.

The vacation was successful, the hotel is of good quality and meets the level of service.

Very decent and high-quality, relatively new hotel in the town of Ksamil. Staff and service at the highest level. A buffet breakfast is also available. We arrived a little earlier than the scheduled check-out time, so we left our things at the hotel and went for a walk and visited the central part of the city. Everything is quite close in terms of location.

The girls at the reception were very friendly. They explained everything and advised the nearest free and paid beaches.
In general, I liked my stay at the hotel. I managed to relax and unwind before a long journey.

The room was clean and tidy. There is a mini-bar and a terrace. The room is small but very cozy.

Erg schoon. Parkeermogelijkheid. Fijne locatie dicht bij de stranden. Als je daar met de auto naar toe moet sta je in de file en kan je nergens parkeren.

Cons:

Kleine kamer voor 3 personen. Je kon door het 3e bed - uitgeklapte bank - het balkon bijna niet op en de linnenkast niet gebruiken. Geen gratis water en geen koffie oid. Toen we vroegen om een kussen voor het 3e bed moesten we maar een kussen gebruiken van het 2-persoonsbed. Heel veel wespen tijdens het ontbijt. Daar hadden ze wel wat aan kunnen doen.

Uma ótima experiência
Pros:

Nossa estadia no hotel Luxury foi maravilhosa, o quarto atendeu nossa demanda, estava bem limpo, a cama era confortavel e o banheiro satisfatório. Necessário enfatizar o atendimento de todo Staff que foram muito atenciosos e nos deram algumas indicações para restaurantes e praias.
A localização foi ótima para nós, 10 min caminhando e estavamos bem no centro com muitas opções de restaurantes/bares. com 5 minutos de caminhada estavamos a beira mar.

Cons:

O box do banheiro não tinha a contenção na parte de baixo, apesar de conter um pequeno degrau, toda a vez que tomavamos banho, inundavamos o banheiro.

La professionalità della Staff, da chi era alla reception, a chi serviva la colazione, sempre con il sorriso e pronti a farti iniziare la giornata nel miglior modo possibile con il loro sorriso

Cons:

Per un italiano, l' espresso e il cappuccino è un mast, e il fatto che era a pagamento, mi ha deluso un po'. Vero che servivano il caffè filtrato, ma almeno un espresso a colazione si poteva inserire . Un altra osservazione era la doccia, ogni volta, usciva acqua da tutte le parte

Tesis çok temizdi, kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Çalışanları ise çok yardımsever ve tatlıydı. Konumu beachlere yakındı. Kesinlikle gidilir:)
