Der Wellness-Bereich mit Pool, Sauna und Sportraum ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir konnten sehr komfortabel schlafen.
Das Ambiente des Hotels inkl. Innenhof ist sehr schön.
Das Frühstück war leider sehr schlecht und die 26€ p.P. in keiner Weise wert. Das Buffet ist angerichtet wie in den 90er Jahren. Die Auswahl ist gerade einmal Standard. Zudem wurde bei uns vom Service die Eierspeise vergessen. Der Kaffee kommt aus dem Automaten. Der reservierte Geburtstagstisch wurde auch vergessen.
Der bestellt Drink an der Bar war leider auch ein Reinfall.
Die Saunen waren leider teilweise während der Öffnungszeiten nicht beheizt worden.
Esperienza eccezionale. Abbiamo apprezzato il soggiorno sotto ogni punto di vista.
La camera era spaziosa, comoda, pulita e fornita di ogni comfort moderno senza rinunciare all'eleganza. Presente anche il bidet, elemento tutt'altro che scontato.
La colazione, il ristorante e il bar si sono rivelati superlativi. Sia per la scelta, sia per l'ambiente sia per l'altissima qualità delle proposte.
La piscina era spaziosa, pulita e tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata passata a visitare la città.
Il personale è stato inappuntabile, eccellente e molto disponibile. Menzione speciale per il barman, che è stato particolarmente cortese e disponibile per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno.
Il parcheggio interno è sufficientemente spazioso e di facile accesso.

Sehr schönes, stilvolles Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett sehr angenehm zu schlafen.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. Since we had an early train, we were waiting outside the breakfast room before opening time, and the server kindly let us in early so we could grab breakfast without stress. The breakfast was very good—both plentiful and tasty. Our room was a comfortable size, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. We like this hotel and hope to stay here again.
Due to the hotel's proximity to the main road, there was some noise disturbance from very early tram services about 4.30 a.m., which affected our rest.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, wenn auch das Bad schon in Jahre gekommen ist (undichte Dusche) und die Lage ist gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
Die Kellnerinen und das Personal beim Restaurant Florian waren unfreu dlcih und genervt, als ich nach den Allergenen fragte - die waren nirgendwo angegeben und es wurde auch nicht darauf eingegangen nach dem Motto " iss das was da ist oder geh wieder". Das Essen war den Preis auch bei weitem nicht wert. Beim Frühstück hatte ich das Gefühl, dass manche Dinge etwas unkoordiniert abliefen und die Kommunikation zwischen Küche und Kellner nicht so gut war (z.B. bei der Bestellung der unterschiedlichen Eierspeisen) Auch waren einige Dinge falsch aufgefüllt worden (z.B. das vegane Müsli war mit einem nicht veganen vermischt)

Very nice and comfortable stay. The staff was very polite and friendly, the rooms clean and the spa perfect, clean and never crowded. Highly recommended!
Zimmer zum Innenhof hat die Ruhe gebracht, die wir uns erwartet hatten. Absolut Empfehlenswert für eine wirklich ruhige Nacht. Angenehm war, das wir bei der Hitze am Abend im Hoteleigenen Hallenbad noch Abkühlung bekommen haben. Da wir in der Hitzeperiode in Graz waren, war es von großen Vorteil, das wir das Zimmer individuell klimatisieren konnten. AM Abend ist auch die (klimatisierte) Bar zum Entspannen angenehm, besonders wenn es draussen zu warm ist um im Garten zu sitzen.
Das Hotel selbst liegt optimal für Besichtigungen in der Stadt, entweder mit Tram oder einfach zu Fuß. Parkplatz im Hotel (über Booking.com kostenpflichtig 20€ pro Tag) ist unbedingt erforderlich, wen man mit dem Auto kommt, da das Hotel in einer Zone liegt wo maximal 3h Kurzparken erlaubt sind.
Graz kann in einer Hitzperiode anstrengend und heiß sein, am besten zeitlich in der Früh aufbrechen und am Nachmittag in den Parks bzw. entlang der Mur bleiben (Oder ins Hotel flüchten).
