Super emplacement. Qualité des équipements et du petit déjeuner. Bol de ramen gratuit le soir super. L’onsen très beau.
La taille des chambres
The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and clean and in a great location. There were lots of nice touches and amenities including a complimentary welcome drink, free ramen from 9 pm to 11 pm, a nice, reasonably priced breakfast, lovely scented bath products (which I wish I could yave bought!), frozen neck pillows available outside the onsen to take back to your room to help with the humidity, and of course, the wonderful onsen itself with complimentary yakult drinks available afterwards in the morning, and ice cream in the evening. Most importantly the staff are very kind and hard-working and we really appreciated their hospitality.
We wished the women’s onsen had a cold bath like the men’s does, but this is a tiny thing because the onsen was just gorgeous.
Toplocatie in Asakusa. Gratis laundry, onsen, ramen ijsjes en drankjes. Alle nodige toiletgerief aanwezig. Zelfs scheerzeep.
Niets
The hotel provides more goodies than other hotels, such as free drinks, water, late-night snacks, Yakult, and popsicles at different schedules. My kids enjoy them very much. The services from the staff are very good and attentive. They always try to help.
The location of the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and popular eateries. Close proximity to the nearby popular shopping stores such as Donki, GU, and Uniqlo or Senso-ji Temple (for first-time visitors).
I stayed at other locations for the hotels in this same chain. The features we like are not provided in the same scales. E.g., the soda machines are not available 1/2 of the day and during late-night snacks but only tea and coffee.
There is no coffee machine including varieties of drinks (such as green tea latte) in the lobby. Instead, only a pot of coffee is available in the lobby. The breakfast has fewer choices than the other location. No tempura, no Salmon, food items, and desserts have fewer varieties. Same cost as other locations though.
The location is a bit too far from other main tourist shopping areas, such as Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro. (Take about 45 mins of train ride).
The room is quite small but I am willing to trade off for other goodies the hotel provides.
It would be even better if they can provide flat iron in their the ladies room in the onsen area. My wife missed that.
The breakfast was good - you can customize it the way you want. The location is okay, if you arrive in Narita in the morning/daytime as you can take limousine bus that comes close by, but if you arrive in the evening, prepare for trains and buses.
Some of the staff seem not very friendly, we were not greeted well - the man seemed like he was insisting that we are in the wrong location for no reason at all. Same evening we were waiting in a long line for ramen only to find out that my husband cannot eat it due to it not being halal - as we asked in japanese if there was any alternative, the staff was irritated to make us move out of the line and started serving others. A year ago I was in their branch in Kyoto during peak season and it was totally different experience - staff being much friendlier, more amenities, coffee machine available all the time, ice cream freezers always full and free massage chairs. Even the breakfast options were much fuller in Kyoto! I wonder what is the reason to have so much difference.
Tokyo branch is not worth it in my opinion, but mainly because I know them as a great hotel in Kyoto.
Beliggenhed og pæne, dog meget meget små, værelser
Meget små værelser!! Mangler plads til at pakke ud. Kedelig morgenmad hvis man ikke ønsker japansk morgenmad. Personalet ikke gode til engelsk. Langt fra subway
Camera abbastanza spaziosa rispetto agli standard di Tokyo. Carino l’onsen, forse la pulizia è migliorabile
Personale molto poco comunicativo e non particolarmente accogliente
