The location was great and the hotel very clean

Cons:

Too little space in the room; I could not properly open my suitcase. Very hard pillows and not blinds or anything to keep the light out. No sound insullation.

Pros:

Excellent location and onsen. It's a little stressful when you first walk in with the removal of shoes and wiping off luggage with very little room. They offer shoes for outside and there are cubicles for shoes but your actual shoes go in the lockers and there are no inside slippers so its a little confusing and hectic at first. An excellent onsen and snack, amenities and ramen.

Cons:

The staff are friendly enough.
