Nice staff, very clean room, good onsen
Breakfast can be a bit boring for a long stay, as it is the same every day with no options.
A bit far from Asakusa Station(metro) if you’re walking with large luggage
Loved everything about this place!!! Breakfast & the complimentary soba noodles was delicious and the whole place was clean. Staffs were friendly & helpful. Would definitely book this place again. Convienient and near to different train lines.

Hot springs were great
Beds are quite hard
The layout was intuitive and was maintained well.
Located in a really convenient area of Asakusa. The beds/sheets were clean and the natural hot spring was the best one out of all of the hotels we stayed at in our month long trip in Japan. The room is small but well designed; most hotels in Tokyo have really small rooms so it wasn't a problem. The air conditioning unit was one of the better that we experienced.
The hotel staff were not friendly and at times were downright rude. This was surprising as in all of our other stays throughout our time in Japan, the hotel/ryokan staff were very kind and accommodating. The bed was very stiff and the pillows are very flat. The shower head is also basically a kitchen sink sprayarm. 😅
The common areas and rooms could have been cleaner. Stains all over the tatami floors and the walls, dusty aircon and rogue hairs on the floor that didn't belong to my husband or I. You can tell it's a dated hotel that's lacking love. We wouldn't stay here again.
The location was excellent for doing tourist activities such as shopping, eating and seeing sights.
The check in staff were not very friendly. Also, instead of using shoe lockers, we carried shoes to our rooms. Got dirty looks from staff. The problem is that is you lose your shoe locker key, you get charged. It seemed a safer way to go to take shoes to the room.
The onsen is perfect. The tatami all over the hotel is a great experience for me. The free night food of ramen is superb. It saves us as our arrival time is too late for eating outside. The free ice bars provided after enjoying onsen are great.
The staff’s English is a bit weak especially the male staffs. And its lobby is too small. The location of the hotel is a bit far away from the station. Especially we have to choose the exit with lift to carry our suitcases. As it’s needed to take off our shoes once entering the hotel but there are no enough chairs for us to sit while taking off/putting on our shoes. And the door curtain entering the shoe cabinet area is so dirty and full of stains. Same to the carpet placed on the floor of the main door.
