TODO EXCELENTE! LA UBICACIÓN, LA HABITACIÓN MUY LIMPIA, CÓMODA Y SILENCIOSA. LA COMIDA DELICIOSA, LO QUE MÁS DESTACO ES LA EXCELENTE ATENCIÓN DEL EQUIPO EL GENERAL. SOBRE TODO EN EL DESAYUNO (ANFITRIONA Y MELODY) Y CENA. DEFINITIVAMENTE VOLVEREMOS.

LA PATISSERIE (CAFETERÍA ADHERIDA AL HOTEL) FUE PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA. SE DEMORARON MUCHO EN ATENDER, MUCHO EN TRAER LA COMIDA. ME PEDÍ UN AGUA CON GAS, ME TRAJERON UNA SIN GAS. ADEMÁS ORDENÉ UN PAN DE PLÁTANO QUE VINO CONGELADO Y MUY SECO.

Excelente estadía en Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, la experiencia fue impecable. El personal fue sumamente amable y atento en todo momento. Incluso nos sorprendieron con un upgrade de habitación, comentándonos que habíamos sido elegidos como “huéspedes del día”.
Nos alojamos en una suite hermosa, muy cómoda y elegante, con escritorio y todas las comodidades de una verdadera oficina, ideal tanto para descansar como para trabajar.
La limpieza fue excelente durante toda la estadía y realmente destacamos la atención permanente del equipo del hotel, que se comunicaba con nosotros o se acercaba a la habitación para consultar si necesitábamos agua, toallas o cualquier otra cosa. Enfrente del hotel había un shopping que se llama Patio Bullrich, negocios de ropa, patio de comidas e incluso cines.
Sin dudas, una experiencia de primer nivel que hizo nuestra visita a Buenos Aires aún más especial. Totalmente recomendable.

Es mentira que tiene spa, la pileta ibterna tenia agua fria, no había masajes ni ninguna otra opción de spa. Las sábanas de la cama estaban rotas con agujeros, nunca visto en un hotel de esta categoría
