No ponen música estaba muy aburrido
El personal excelente, junto con la piscina y ubicación
Todo muy bien, aunque recomiendo por la calor que hace en Monterico, coger la habitación con aire acondicionado. Nosotros no la cogimos, aunque pasamos buena noche, dentro de lo que cabe, ya que hay ventiladores en las habitaciones.

I absolutely do not recommend this place.
The shower was a complete disaster. There was so much mold on the wall that it looked like it was developing its own civilization. It was obvious that nobody had properly cleaned the place in a long time — see the attached photo.
To make matters worse, the water coming from the shower was actually salty. Yes, salty water.
The entrance gate was not locked at night, which made the whole place feel unsafe. I definitely did not feel secure staying there.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not a place I would recommend.

Super friendly staff, location, they help us setting up the baby reveal, we just pointed where we wanted the stuff and the owner of GM assigned staff to help us, that was very nice. The air conditioner worked super good. Plenty of staff for the size of the property, restrooms always clean.
Rooms can use some deep cleaning, every once in a while it was a sewer smell on our room (room 4) some of the hotel FF&E Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment need to be upgraded or replace but totally understand the investment for the money
- excellent location: right by the ocean and next to the central promenade
- delicious, varied, and reasonably priced food available and also bar
- tasty and filling breakfast
- caring staff: despite the language barrier and occasional communication difficulties, the staff always did their best to help us
- pleasant hotel territory with hammocks, offering a great place to relax, also table tennis and billiard
- nice swimming pool with a pleasant surrounding area
- good Wi-Fi coverage
- a large pharmacy is conveniently located just across the road from the hotel and other stores
- rooms can be quite noisy due to street sounds such as cars or loud music, and almost non-existent sound isolation between rooms. Our stay coincided with a period of public celebrations, so we enjoyed it at 100%
- heat in the room: although there is a fan in the room, it is quite hot to sleep and stay inside during the day
- mosquitoes: the rooms have mosquito nets, but they only partially help. For those who are sensitive to bites, repellent is must
- no place to hang wet clothes or towels
