I really appreciated the extra care they put into preparing our room. They took the time to read and accommodate the message I sent beforehand, which made us feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail!

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit limited, with almost the same selection offered on both mornings of our stay. While everything was fresh, I would have appreciated a little more variety.

Foi uma boa estadia porém não senti que estivesse num hotel de 4 estrelas mas sim de 3, o que foi facilmente compensado
Pros:

A vista panorâmica para a Marina e a cidade de Portimão.

Cons:

Infra-estrutra e mobiliário antigo e desatualizado, precisava de uma renovação para entrar no segmento de 4 estrelas. Creio que tem condições de alojamento dignas de 3 estrelas e só ganha a 4 estrela pela vista panorâmica, pela piscina e pela praia praticamente privativa.

El hotel es precioso, hemos estado muy cómodos. El camarero de la piscina un encanto, muy servicial, amable y con iniciativa. La piscina genial, la limpieza de las habitaciones muy bien.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraria es el buffet de desayuno, bastante mejorable 😅

Tolle Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Der zum Hotel dazugehörige Strand, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer waren immer sauber, die Lage des Hotels super.
Pool mit Poolbar top.

Cons:

Hätten uns für ein vier Sterne Hotel beim Frühstück etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Nichts desto trotz war für jeden was dabei.
Preise an der Poolbar etwas überteuert, aber man kann sich ja gerne woanders mit Snacks eindecken.
