This property can not be accessed without the park ticket, property is located at a Natural Park.
Guests must buy the entrance ticket directly from the park's webpage to enter to the property at Parques Nacionales Naturales De Colombia, Sector el Zaino.
Please note all guests need to purchase the ticket in advance to access the Property.
Please note that access to the park is until 3:00 p.m. If guests wish to arrive after these hours, they must notify the property in order to purchase their tickets.
Guests can exit and enter the park for 3 days with one ticket when staying at the hotel.
Children under 6 years old and adults over the age of 65 don't pay.

Sehr unfreundliche Köchin und Chefin
Muy lindo y cómodo todo! Desde las instalaciones hasta el personal que fue súper divertido. Sin dudas el mejor lugar para quedarse dentro del parque. La pasta con camarones es algo que no voy a poder olvidar!
Le restaurant comme à la maison
La cheffe cuisine divinement bien, pas de carte précise pas de menu juste des ingrédients cités et vous choisissez ce que vs voulez et elle vous concocte un plat sur mesure, incroyable ! Et à des prix très accessibles.
Concernant la chambre nous avons pris une hutte avec sdb privée très pratique sobre et propre
Das Hotel ist schön gelegen. Das Essen war sehr lecker & das Zimmer hatte alles was man brauchte.
Mit der Kommunikation sind wir enttäuscht. Wir wollten gleich schon zu Beginn, den Aufenthalt um eine Nacht kürzen & erkundigten uns im Vorhinein per Booking über die Stornierungsmöglichkeiten. Die Anfrage wurde vom Hotel dann auch bestätigt & uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir dies vor Ort gemeinsam besprechen könnten. Nach erneutem Nachfragen im Hotel selbst wurden wir mit der Antwort auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet, wobei wieder nichts kam. Schlussendlich wurde uns nach dritter Erkundigung gesagt, dass wir das direkt mit Booking anschauen müssen, was jedoch nicht funktioniert. Nach erneuter Anfrage über Booking haben wir seither keine Anfwort erhalten, was wir als sehr schade empfinden. Wenn keine Rückerstattung für die letzte Nacht möglich gewesen wäre, hätten wir das so akzeptiert. Da uns aber per Booking Nachricht geantwortet wurde, dass eine Rückerstattung möglich sei und im Hotel besprochen werde, hatten wir auch andere Erwartungen entwickelt und unsere Reise anders geplant. L’emplacement est dans le parc , à 10 min de l entrée El zaine. Chambre ouverte sur l extérieur mais en hauteur donc secure. Hôtel bien entretenu .
Petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon.
Première plage la piscineta à environ une heure en marchant.
Le reste des plages environ à 2h , de bonnes marches mais que nous avons fait deux jours d affilé. Deux nuits passées dans le parc que nous ne regrettons pas car plages et paysages vraiment magnifiques.
Pas dérangés par le bruit de la route car nous nous levions tôt pour randonner.
Le prix du repas du soir est trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. Comparé bien sûr aux prix de Colombie.
Avis mitigé sur la dame qui s’occupe des repas . Pas désagréable mais peu souriante
Todo excelente. El personal muy atento, la comida rica, todo muy bien.
Logement très bien situé dans l’enceinte du parc. Les repas sur place était très bons et accessibles financièrement avec une très bonne connexion wifi.
Chambre simple / efficace
La chambre pourrait avoir un peu plus d’équipements comme un miroir et un coffre pour ranger ses effets personnels (même si nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité !)
Great location and staff.
Toilet a bit of a walk at night but that was expected.
I don't like it and I shortened my stay from 4 nights to 3 nights. We asked for reduced stay at the beginning and not able to get refund at all even we requested much earlier.
the toilet has no cover. The hotel agreed to give us one day refund as we changed our schedule but they never did. We told them 3 days earlier.
